yes its qwerty key pad so soft better then nokia e71 or e72 or c3.
its battery really amazing better then nokia e71 and same as e72.
music is really awesome.

I have 2000+ contacts and 20+ groups. just thought one day of deleting them to clean up fully my phone book. The process was never ending and it took almost 1hr to empty my phone book through mark all, delete all function.
I feel something is basically wrong with the software what it is carrying for this function especially if the phone book is too large.
Secondly, assume, that you are sending messages to a group and the group has say 200 members and if due to some reason if the messages fail to be sent, the failed messages are lined up in the outbox and you end up deleting them one by one to empty your outbox. It would have been lot more a easier life if mark all and delete all option is given for the outbox.
this problem with outbox is there with all nokia e series phones.
The keys on the qwerty keyboard should have been little spacier and bigger, they are all cramped up and it is not that fast u can handle them.
otherwise the phone is good.

after hard reset *3 and call key, the phone feels superb and responsively fast in every aspect. No lags to be found whatsoever. But i notice one problem occur in my E63 now, which is when i play mp3 from music player with 'shuffle on' and 'repeat all' marked, the musics sometimes stop playing after a while, say 20min or within an hour. Then the music player app shows sign that musics corrupted. This happens few times in two different mp3s music of two different memorycard. So obviously the fault is in the music player not the microsd cards. Any user experience this?

NL, 22 Mar 2011thank u so much for the detailed feedback.One thing i forgot to say is please make backup all of your content, message and other things to pc or other device. After format restore those file. Coz after format your phone's all saved data'll be gone. I bought this phone just before around 3weeks ago. And i format my phone after 2 days coz there was so many unused application which i don't need at all. And it took aproume 30mb space and only 20mb ram left. That makes the phone really slow. I hate the soft lotus travel mail. U just cant remove it by remove. It'll back after a restart. So hard format works for it. Hopefully it'll help u.

You can also hard format by dialing *#7370# (After ensuring that u have taken backup of existing data)

NL, 21 Mar 2011how to uninstall some of the default themes in E63? They no... moreBy the default file manager u can't access to that folder. U can use x-plorer to access that folder. But by deleting those themes u may only gain 1mb space. I think u should hard formet your device. Then you'll have almost 115mb free space used space should be around 3mb. Also 80mb of free ram, boost up speed a lot etc. Just turn off your phone, remove memory card, press *, green key number 3 key at a time then press power key. Your phone's all the memory'll b cleane as like first its turned on. U'll see a religion selector n date time if it works. Then format your memory card by pc by card reader or other, don't insert it to phone without formating. After formating insert it to phone and then starts to use your very new n fresh os. If any question please ask.

One is bLack with my PRO XL number.
The other is used by my MENTARI number.
E63's reliable.
