im trying to find the right phone to buy would u recom... moreI totally recommend you this phone. It has lots of features as most of the latest E-Series devices but at a bargain price. Mine even came with a 2gb card and USB cable. I have the black one and it looks very classy. My mates think it´s a more expensive phone. But the best attributes are inside where you´ll find a mature OS (Symbian S60) with lots of preinstalled applications: Quickoffice with edit mode and free upgrade to handle and creat 2007 Office documents (docx, xlsx, pptx) a handy PDF reader, a ZIP compressor, Facebook, Myspace and Youtube native applications, Internet radio, Nokia Maps (but no GPS, just preinstalled maps which are still handy enough for me) a Dictionary with options to add extra languages, a complete music player and lots of extra features.
If that´s not enough for you there is a ton of Symbian applications compatible for the E63: I have downloaded Coreplayer to play my movies and videos at any format, VBagX to emulate my Game Boy Advance games, Ebuddy to chat via WLAN, Opera Mobile Web Browser which is speedier than the preinstalled Symbian browser and eats less RAM and Handy Safe to store passwords and other stuff. I also have some games and all of them play flawlessly.
So far I have enjoyed this phone so much. I have more than 6 months using it and I have no regrets so far. Of course it isn´t perfect: The camera is almost useless (just acceptable in daylight and don´t expect great detail) but I have a digicam so it doesn´t matter to me ,it has no IrDA (who cares, by the way most of today´s phone doesn´t have it either), no videocall front camera (I don´t use videocalls so no problem), it restarts sometimes (it happens to me just like twice a month; I can live with that).

Top phone absolutely no issues have it 2 years nearly and still going strong highly reccomended!

nokia e63 is great phone, but my the scroll key scratches fast and battery get hot very faster, so i have to close all applications

just saw this phone is priced at 8k in mumbai at the mobile store...do u see any price cut in the future for this phone? I see there's lot of competition in 3g space and especially qwerty keypad....

Its a very good phone & cheap with many features in comparision to other in the same price catagory. I am using it since more than a year. But recently, sometimes, when i use net it doesnt hangs but automatically gets switch-off & then restarts.. Could somebody tell me what the problem cud be! Otherwise the phone is good..

nani, 20 Jan 2011Does it have Video-calling?If the phone called 3G phone,of couse it have a video calling but look your provider they have 3G or not..
