hi!! This is devang frm india. I just bot nokia e63 2 weeks ago. As soon i touched it, i was amazed 2 see its build quality. Its much better built than its bigger brother nokia e71. The back is nicely rubber coated which makes it hard to slip from hand by mistake. Also it attracts far less fingerprints than e71 whose back is nothing more than a fingerprint-magnet. The phone body is pretty solid and it does not creek or squeak by any means. i was disappointed by the screen size which is a bit small for a qwerty phone. The keypad is excellent. It is the same that we find in nokia e72. The keys r raised and typing with them is a great pleasere. The light sensor is perfect and its sensitivity is excellent. This phone unfortunately does not have front video call camera. However you can still make a video call with the back camera. The camera is only 2mp, but seeing this phone's price, it is more than enough. It also has a led flash. Since this phone is running symbian os 3rd edition' there are a lot of softwares which you can install on it. E63 does not have gps, but still u can use google maps on it which , is quite gud. Also missing is the faster hspda date transfer. This phone uses umts 3g network. Browsing the web is a gr8 experience. Being an e-series member, working with emails is a breez. Personny i lyk its email handling capabilities much better than what we see in blackberries. The operating system is quite stable, and u will hardly find it freezing or stucking. There is alse a 3.5mm jack at the top with which u can pair ur fav headphones. The display resolution is abot 10 times better than blackberries bcoz it has 16 million color resolution. There r no data cable and memory card in the retail box so u have 2 purchase them separately. Hope u find this little info usefull........

nokia E63 is a very fine phone out of the box i had it now for almost 2 years at first its seems like a very functional phone then i lost the pdf reader can no longer watch you tube i am limited to 3gp files, i lost the internet radio.cant instal games anymore it cant almost process images it Got veryvery slow but i could never ask for more i love my E63

Zam, 14 Sep 2010plz help me, jst received my phone and it doesnt say hw man... moreUse it till phone shuts down then charge till battery full. That way you will get the best performance from your battery.

the nokia site says this phone takes a 8gb micro sd but thispage says 16gb which is right?

This is the best phone for heavy texter like me. been using querty phone ever since nokia released their E61i..
very proud owner of Nokia E63 but will upgrade to N900 soon

rezzar, 13 Sep 2010still having difficult on detecting the wi-fi here in offic... moreMake sure that the WLAN light is on of your office mode . Also if u r blocked by more walls and too distance from modem may also b the reason

The camera is 2.0 not that much to talk about. Keypads are small but its the market norm. However, the WiFi is above average. Detection is good and easy to operate. For the price and goodies, I would say that it is a very good phone.
