This problem has been occuring in few of the Nokia products. Later on, the pink dots on the screen will multiply. Nokia priority centres suggests that the user may have dropped the mobile down, which obviously an escaping sequencing from the customer. Anyways I think you have to go with this defective piece or you can raise your voice in the shop where you bought it.

As far as I knew, there're only three colours available for the model -- Ultramarine Blue, Ruby Red, and Midnight Black! Had I known that there's a white one available then I would've gone for that instead of the black one! From where exactly did you get your white Nokia E63?

It's absolutely normal to have a reduced standby time if you're online for elongated period. If you're using Nokia Messaging Email then try setting the push email send/receive interval to 30 minutes or above. It improved my Nokia E63's standby time to some extent.

I online on Gtalk and use PUSH mail all the time. I get 1 days battery life. With the latest Firmware updated. Pls pls pls pls tell me if this is OK and NORMAL ?

ive got this phone and i was never disappointed! loved it the first time i used it, still loving how it functions for me. first of, i love the keypad. keys are soft, not too much pressure needed to use the keys, takes a little getting used to a qwerty from a standard keys but then again, you'll get used to it anyway. screen resolution is great and it's got wi-fi. it's got lots of applications supported (of course, it's nokia), it's stylish, camera is tolarable at 2mp. camera's not too bad, just don't compare it with more high-end phones out there, and most of all, it's cheap. i'd say it gives so much out of what you pay. comparing it with other phone at about this price, this phone really stands out.
