Anonymous, 16 Apr 2010at times people text me and it usually says memory is full ... moreThis prob happens bcause e63 doesnt actually erase message when deleted but marks as deleted. Later it forgets to actually erase it to free mem.
1. Always store messages in card. goto messaging-options-settings-other-mem in use. It asks copy existing msgs to card. Say yes. It asks to del existing msg from mem. Say yes. Now msgs will be stored to card and msgs in mem deleted.
2. connect phone to pc using usb. Msgs existing and deleted are stored in card in folder e: \private\000484b\mail2. Later when even card gets full u can delete msgs by erasing everything in above folder using pc. When u do this msgs will default to phone mem and then u can again xfer to card using procedure in step 1.

at times people text me and it usually says memory is full when there are no messages at all in inbox/sent/outbox..i restored settings however it doesnt solve the problem..is there any other option??
