Msk, 27 Mar 2010 it could be that there is no update avail... morefor a fact our latest firmware is v400.x......get it updated at nokia care.....and with regard to device manager i think v need some additional info or it might be that our service provider wont allow update.....

I am using E63 last 4 months in sri lanka puchased in UAE, I could not made video calls through my phone. When I check with leading GSM operaters in sri lanka (Dialog & Mobitel) they said nothing wrong with my connection and phone configurations after checking my phone. They asked me to consult with Nokia. When I consult with nokia Center (Softlogic) they unable to help me, what they market in Sri Lanka E63 model phones supporting video calls.
What I was notice deference between my phone and Nokia centre marketing was My one made in Finland their one made in China.
Please help me, How can I take video calls.

it could be that there is no update available for our product. To check whether update is available for anyones phone do the following....
1. Open back cover. Remove battery. There one can see the product code in form of CODE:xxxxxx. Note that down.
2. Go to site mentioned http://europe.nokia.com/softwareupdate. Then click link download now on right.. Then click link can i update ?
3. Enter ur product code & press go. U will get the latest firmware version available for ur device.
For my device it returns 200 something which is already there which can be checked by typing at home screen *#0000#
So my device cannot be updated. U &others can check theirs.

Msk...i tried doing what u said about software update......act i was surprised that we could do it directly from our device......well to say the least i'm dissapointed not being able to do so....i always get a standard reply stating ''operation cancelled by server''......i still doubt if v are right in the method.....even checked site

hi.. i just bought my nokia e63 2weeks ago and its been working perfectly fine; just the way i imagined it.. loving the phone every second i'm using it plus of course, all nokia phones are handset friendly, right?

its a fantastic cell piece, my brother gifted it to me and when i saw , it has got excellent royal appeal, you guys must go for this cell ,everything about E63 has its own heights

I can enter into help but cant goto 'search by keyword' option. But surpisingly i can search help by keyword :D
Ne ways, can i get rid of this problem?? I want my previous system but also want my apps.. pls suggest what to do???

e63 is best phone even better than e72 and e71
e72 hangs lot of times, restarts automatically
e71 hangs, rest is ok
