U must have a gprs connection and gprs settings to use internet in mobile. Call ur network customer care and ask for settings. But if u have all this and still u cant use internet, ur network must be having problem. Again i will suggest call ur network customer care

Just check this. Go to contacts>options>sim contacts>sim directory. The contacts in ur sim will be shown. Mark them all and copy to contacts. And if u wanna save ur contacts then go to contacts>options
>copy>to memory card. Then contacts will be saved in ur memory card in ''other'' folder. U can access it in file manager. After that for storing u can copy that folder in ur pc.

Yeah, as ron said panasonic headphones are great. I use them in my ipod. Plus if u have any laptop like dell or hp u can use their headphones too. They have a quality that they completely negate the surrounding noises and u can hear clearly hear just the song.

If ur memory card even after formating has virus then it means either the application installed in memory card has a corrupt file or ur phone memory has virus. I will suggest u to install kaspersky mobile security antivirus in ur mobile and scan ur device and delete the virus. If it doesnt work the repair ur software using nokia updater installed in computer.
For antivirus u can download trial version from kaspersky site and for nokia updater, refer nokia website.

Since this is a business phone u cant edit pics in it. Only media phones like nseries give u that facility but u can download camera applications like facewarp to edit them in e63

The pdf reader is gud but for reading ebooks i would suggest u to use quickoffice. Coz i read ebooks a lot too. Almost once a week.
To convert open ur pdf document in computer and click file>save as text. When it is saved, transfer that text file in ur device. Open quick office and open that text document. After that u can change zoom or format in ur mobile.

Stand in front of a mirror and keep the phone's camera facing ur face. This way u can see the person's image in the mirror and talk to him at the same time.
U can keep a small mirror in ur pocket.

The internet connectivity in E63 is great... I did an experiment. If u will open orkut in computer and opera mini(desktop version), u will find that in mobile orkut opens faster. Plus since i have purchased this mobile(in sept 09) i havent posted a single opinion in this forum using computer and that is a lot of posts. Even the long ones. It is so easy to write on this that sometimes, i write my documents or few assignments using qwerty. I have my own laptop but now, i spend most of my time on my e63. I have unlimited internet plan and use atleast 1.5 gb monthly regularily but i havent faced a single problem using internet.

@bella - it depends on the market......i got one and even 1gb card with it......many of my friends who bought it before didn't get it......so in this u might just be lucky and get both for free.....check with your retailer.....

I haven't used pdf a lot.....but i'd once downloaded just half an mb of file and tried to view it.....it did but then it was tad slower......considering that u have a lot of ebooks this ain't for u......instead quickoffice was quite brilliant....i loved it.....and preferred it to pdf reader.....

That happens with everyone......but u can disable message tone by going to profiles-general-personalise-message alert tone-select off.......i advice u not to use more than one or two apps at a time......and if u are listening to songs and a msg arrives then music will in any case pause for a while.....that is automatic and i could find nothing to change that....

BALAJI, 19 Mar 2010hi... thanx... im realy glad dat u answrd al my ques... n u... morei dunno the model number actually......but its a basic one and its sound is almost like the one that nokia gives.....but that doesn't mean that sound is below par......its actually very high according to me......i listen music at levels of around 6......and internet browsing is a pleasure due to screen size and also the arm 339 mhz processor...though it hangs at times and crashes too but it probably stands out from other OS for its simplicity and easy usage so that compensate for the occassional crashes......and coming to your last question.....if u want to use gtalk u can go for nimbuzz......i personally find it very good.....it supports all popular services......yahoo, msn, fb, icq et al.....even skype and twitter......so its a all in one solution for ur chattin needs......there's gotalk client too....i haven't used it as of now cos i dont use gtalk......hope i've satisfied all ur questions......and for internet purpose download the opera mobile 10 final version......its great and has tabbed browsing too.....and install Y-BROWSER application from symbianworld.org.......it'll help u to keep a tab on memory usage......good luck......
