Hi, I am going to buy E63 in 2-3 days, but before that I need one small clarification, does it has feature to install mobile firefox or IE or Chrome to access WIFI internet ? bcoz it wud be very weird to use net using basic installed WAP browser.
It is the only Question I have. !

actually these requirements are according to our PCs. and internet explorer5.5 and netscape4.2 cannot be installed n our phones. so this prob will prevail.

how can i connect to wlan that is hidden.
I am trying to connect to our wi-fi at home which is set to "hide". I have already added an access point to my e63 and even so, it can't connect. :(

Yes, It has a key with a pic of home on it which act as a menu key plus when held longer enables u to switch b/w opened apps just like in n-series.

Not much difference is there in these E63-1,63-2 or 63-3. the difference is just in the make of country and quad band connectivity.

Can anybody tell me if this has a menu button or switch app button a la n-series. IE. when you press and hold the button you can switch quickly between running apps, thanks.

There are only two noticeable problems with this handset for me.
1. There is no front camera when video calling, you have to use a mirror.
2. The main camera on the back is a fixed focus 2MP camera.
Other than the camera problems, this is the perfect phone for me, it looks elite and has a great battery life.

Tim, 07 Jan 2010Can sum 1 pls help,coz my battery doesnt last more than a d... moreit depends dude..maybe u r too over-used ur fon man..to be frank,i've been using this fone for 3 1/2 months now..as far as i know,my batt never drain such a hurry like that..i only recharge it every 2-3 days..even though i seldom connect to internet via wifi/3g,listen to songs and watch movie..calls n texting still costs me to recharge it every 2-3 days..remember the frequent usage of 3g/wifi makes ur batt wont last longer..
