U dont have to go to nokia care to upgrade firmware. U just have to go to nokia website, select ur handset and when site shows its specifications there will be a ''software'' tab next to accessories, click on it and download nokia updater. Then install it, connect ur phone to pc with usb and follow instructions in program

I am using E63 since last 3 months....Just getting frustrated....bought it at USD 225 and now its price has dropped to only USD 160. The back cover is becoming loose and shakes while typing and feels very very cheap. The upper part of the phone is so big with a very small display. UGLY...Being very cheap in price I have seen it becoming popular amongst school children and lower income groups. I am going to dispose it off and would like to use E71 as it feels more stylish, sturdy, smaller in size and much more intelligent OS. Even E71 has dropped in price making it a best all around phone. Cheers.....

The E72 is new, expensive and has bugs.
The E52 has PLENTY of software bugs.
The E71 still has bugs.
But the E63 is VERY STABLE. Buy the E63!!!
It's simply the BEST for an affordable price.

Hey...delighted to use the E63 but the back panel of the phone is ofcourse not as glossy as the front one which is understood but its kinda black towards the edges,dunno if its the finishing of the phone or wat?!?!???

this is really nice phone.i,ve been using it from 6 months.very good net connectivity and as entry level business phone. 2mp camera is fine.very good looking and functioning.real value for money.

if u have settings for gprs and its subscription all u have to do is open intenet radio, go to settings, specify access point and search for the station u want to hear or choose from genre. There is a cloud fm where good hindi songs are played. Search it under hindi.

rishi, 28 Dec 2009IS it worth buyin E63 . suggest me soon..... Yes it is, much better than the N95 and GSMArena is wrong, it does have GPS, if you are in New Zealand then it has many more items than in the States

U cant use windows software in e63. However there is quickoffice in e63 which can open excel files.
