it looks pretty good.does the job for me. looks elegant kinda budget type blackberry look. camera sucks really in poor lighting. I didnt buy it anyway for the camera coz I have a digicam already.
I hope it is sturdy enough for me.

u can download some software like facewarp which help in editing pics. just search for it in google
now ur problem with videos. does the videos after transfering first play audio then video? if that is the problem then u r not converting the videos to mp4 properly. which converter do u use?

u cannot update with ur handset unless there is option for it in ur device manager. go to nokia website. select ur product and when it shows e63 then got to software tab which will be next to accessories an download nokia updater.
but first back up ur data by going to tools>memory>options>back up data

u must have internet connection plus gprs settings to browse web. If u dont have that contact ur sim service customer care abd ask them for settings.

mdoktor, 25 Dec 2009i own a E63 and was always comparing e63 to E71 until yeste... moreExcuse me but i have e72 and we are all in the same category as e63,e71 and e72 are all same just different hardware,,,ive come on here way back to ask a question about e72 and Spiral answered it,,Spiral was not biased and helped me with a good answer he did not say go back to e72 forum to get help..In fact because the e63 has been out longer than e72 the e63 people have more experiance with this type of smartfone and often are of great help..Theirs many a time ive been stumped at how to do something and reading thru e63 forum has give me the answer,,we all know how useless nokias instruction booklets are..
So we are all in same type of device type and should support each other i just wish e72 come in red colour..
