RAINQUEEN, 23 Sep 2009i don't understand.did they replace it for free?if you paid... morehi rainqueen! yes they did change my motherboard plus battery free of any charge since its under warranty,you'll just have to wait for 3-4 weeks max (bummer). And ever since they changed it my phone now last up to 4 days from initial charge.
where's your location? I'm from the Philippines. Try going to their website and contact them through e-mail and ask for location of nokia care centers.

Anyone has encountered this problem when writing text you find out that when pressing buttons the phone doesn't process/respond? You have to press twice or thrice.

The back portion of the E63 couldn't have been more worse looking(recycled cheap plastic). Can Nokia do something sbout it.
