just one thing, does anybody know how to make the name of incoming callers appear? It just says call and if i miss the call it says no number.

hey..m planing to buy this fone....i hav a choice between nokia e-63 and samsung star..
can anybody please tell me how is the camers and sound quality of nokia e-63.
m confused bcoz samsung star has 3.2 mp cam with flash bt e-63 has only 2mp.bt looks wise this fone is beter..
please suggest me wich is better option out of the 2..

too bad i can no longer have this phone.. :( i would have loved to have this one but e51 is comming.. :(

What is the headset output impedance of the E63?
I'm getting when playing music through most headphones, but not when there is an inline mic or volume control (or when I use a BT headset). This suggests the output is low impedance and needs a resistor before the earphones. An earlier post said 16 ohm headphones worked well.

need help, 16 Jun 2009help! my e63 got problem everytime i tried to open applicat... moreyou need to install Memory UP to free up your Ram. I dont think you should face any issue with this Phone as it has about 128 MB of RAM which is good enough

Ash, 18 Jun 2009can GPS software be downloaded for this phone?I read on net that to have GPS we must have GPS chip on phone (hardware). then only we can use it. Still search...

gn, 15 Jun 2009is this phone available in Vodacom South Africa?Yes its available from autopage on all 3 networks for around r 100 pm. I see they advertising that it has GPS though

It's awesome.. really its fully worthable for the amount paid. Particularly for MS Office applications , Music and battery backup. Also the inbulit dictionary is wonderful.

Some good thoughts about phone.
- Camera Picture & Video Quality is Good
- Music player is good(u can get sounds like xpressmusic)
- It has pre-installed dictionary
- WLAN feature is awesome
- Word, Excel, PDF files looking great
- Internet browsers is super fast
Still lot more good options are there. Buy & Check it out :)

juz bought this phone yesterday..really love it and still try to learn its functions..worth the money
