R K Sudan, 14 Apr 2009I don't know how to ascertain zero levels but the phone wou... moremy friend, i think it goes for any new series phone of nokia? i experienced that on my N73 and my simple 6111.. i think the reason they block ur power until certain limit is to keep the battery really out of power (zero voltage left), because anyway, if that happens, then it should be like the old PDA where all ur data is lost and the system will be reset :)

E63 merely just qwerty, and i780 is touchscreen + qwerty
but aside from that, not to judge what to buy, because its ur own decision to make.. i780 is winmo based, as E63 is symbian 9.x based. to manage everything fast n easy, u should use E63. i780 with winmo is a little bit tricky and complicated if let say u want to change the text message tone.. also from my experience, bluetooth on winmo can receive more than 1 files but cannot send more than 1 files, it has to be 1 by 1.. o yea, i780 introduce their new mouse-like interface on the d-pad placement.. to help u choose, personally, i recommend all the way E63 :)

got some problem here.how do i delete my e-ma... morego to messaging - option - setting - email
find user setting and change to 'phone and server' on 'delete emails from', it should delete from your phone.
but again it never deleted on the server, because the imap is not fully working from nokia to the mail service.. and uhmm, sometimes u have to delete it twice :) well, maybe nokia should fixed this.. :)

Bazkurd, 18 Apr 2009There is NO auto-focus in E63we really don't see for the camera to use e series as it is a business phone, which will be ur personal assistant.. personally i like the camera phone to be fixed focus, because it snap quick and we all need fast movement on business, rite? snap and upload :) cheers

as u all know wifi c... moremy dear friend, can u ask for details on the bill from ur provider? it's just to see that they're billing the correct person for using 3G broadband..
the perfect solution is just to backup and format everything.. phone memory n card memory. so it come clean, and then go to tool - setting - phone - network, change to GSM only..
try and see, it should work just fine. but if ur provider persist that u use the 3G broadband, than u can simply go to step above, ask for the details..

anyway, to put it simply, the conclusion is:
- E63 has better qwerty grip, E71 less better
- E71 has 3.2 Mpx, E63 has 2 Mpx (both crappy)
- E71 has A-GPS, E63 has separate module (not built in)
- E71 has metal plastic, E63 has very good plastic
- E71 is slimmer, E63 is bolder
- E71 has unusual 2.5 mm, E63 has common 3.5 mm jack
- E71 has complete pack (cable, case, etc), E63 no
- E71 more expensive, E63 more relative pricing
So you can decide on your own, whether u need all those functions or u just need a simple but enough powerful qwerty based phone for day to day use...

Willis, 19 Apr 2009Honestly, this phone consumes alot of power. I dont know it... moremy friend, if u r using gprs connection or 3g broadband, power consumption tends to be more than usual.. any kind of phone will be like this. try using wifi, u'll see the difference..
as for unsigned software, nokia also care about the customer and the complains, so they decided to protect us from harm, by not letting any of us touch the system files, that's why we cannot install any unsigned software. but if u really want it, u can google for 'how to hack s60 v3', our friends there already provide a complete steps to 'reveal' the system files so you can install any unsigned software, but as usual.. at your own taken risk..

when i play music usng my cp, my friend was tryng to call me, he sed to pick it up but i nver really get any phone call from here i didnt here my phone rings..
Anyways, when i use wifi , it doesnt cost anythng right? I have tmobile.

hei guys i got a big problem here..
as u all know wifi connction has got nothng to do with ur phone line netwrok service provider rite?or am i wrong? for me in my country Malaysia im using - 'Celcom'.
Eventho i have deleted all the 3G settings for internet wap and streaming. but still my phone bill been charged for the 3G web browsing and downloading.now my bill RM2++. not first time this bl**dy sh*t happens.
The only solution that they provide is refund back the money but still they claimed tht i did use the 3G srvce. how come ive been chargd while my phone doesnt have the 3G sett for cnnctn! .
FYI currntly im using wireless streamyx(one of the internt srvc provider in Malaysia) and i browse using the wifi connection ONLY !!
can anyone help me with this pliz.?
