I've had the phone for 7 days now and I've charged it twice. Is that normal? Haven't been making/receiving calls much at all, just been playing around with it and using the torchlight.

also when i connect it to my pc with the cable (licensed with nokia) and choose mass storage and copying what i need after that when i remove it the phone still see that it is connected to the pc and it show (the memory still in use)message and i can't do any thing with the memory until i reboot the phone also i make safe to remove the usb device from the windows.

i have this mobile for one month and it has some problems just like
1- it hang-up a lot (it was said by the service provider ) and it makes it with me some times
2- it has a bug in it's software that when u set an alarm to tomorrow at 6 o'clock and turn it off, when the phone begin to ring and i stop the alarm the phone ask if i need to turn on the phone ,i say OK and the phone turn on but the problem is that the date is incremented by 2 days ( example if it is 6 o'clock 26-3-2009 it will be 27-3-2009)
when i send it to the service provider they re change it with anew one after one week and the new one make the same thing.
3- the wireless setting is poor and don't have an IP configuration .
elsewhere it has a good design and some useful features .

i will be buying E63 in a few days. will its price come down by any chance in india? and what colour should i go in for? i am a student but a big fan of business phones.

Its one of the best Nokia phone I have ever seen, Maximum utilization of money. Professional users can get huge benefits but not that much for the game & Music lovers. You can download E63 themes & other j2me applications from www.gallery.mobile9.com its freeeeeeee.

1-it's lighter in weight
2- it has a full keyboard
3- wifi is really nice on this device
if u are looking for camera so keep n95
camera of e63 is not that good

hello friends i have buy this phone 2day before i really like the phone before i was using n958gb as it the camera of e63 is not so good but other then phone rocks i have question that i am really fond of music the music of e63 is good but if i will use the bluetooth hands free of jabra how will be the sound

I however wonder why a business phone user would go after the camera feature. I don’t use it at all (for that there are digicams) and wish Nokia had brought a camera-free version of the E63.
Overall the E63 is a very good device that stands up to the E71 but if you are going for it solely on the camera factor, I’d say don’t. I can’t comment on it viz a viz N95.

Hi, guys, I need your help. now, I'm using n95, but I really like the design of e 63. I really love the color. So do you think it's worth if I change my n95 to e63? How about the camera?Is it worse than e71 or better? because a few weeks ago i used e71 but then I sold it because the camera was so disappointing. The result of indoor photo was very very bad. The detail for the face was very bad (flat, no eyes, nose, mouth,). If the camera quality is better than e71, i may change my phone to e63.Thanks before for your advice

The E63 is actually a simplified version of the E71, the real deal. If you're looking for a business phone, you should get the E71 instead as it comes in a more traditional black/grey/white interface. And built-in GPS, E71 has that function as well.
My personal notion on this is that Nokia has come up with a very smart strategy; the E71 catering to the professional crowd and the E63 for perhaps the younger crowd. I don't know how much they cost in other countries but in Singapore the E63 is retailing for approx SG$500 and the E71 for SG$800. Technically, you're paying SD$300 more for the GPS. If yu want a GPS, the get a GPS set itself. You can't expect to get more for less.
E63 is very recommended.
