Great phone E63 i bought it on 19th of jan 2009 from planet-M, i liked the phone facility also the best thing is i got i for Rs.14475 and got the 2yrs of warranty as the nokia is giving 1yr warranty i suggest everyone to purchase it from planet-M and get the benefit of 2yrs warranty.............m very very happy with this phone and facilities

I would have considered this phone a serious (read cheap) alternative to the E71 (which I want to buy) if there were other colour choices.....red/ blue...what were Nokia thinking!!!

halo to all e63 e71 user, can anyone advise me about e63 e71 heat generation when calling for around 30min to 1hour?
cos i got a 6300 b4 & its a HOT i repeat HOT brick after 15min of use.
anyone want a half cook brain or a well done pls use a 6300 & tell me about it.
no offense though, i am a NOKIA supporter. just want to share a HOT experience with u all.

Those statements are all false.
First, the battery is one of the best feature of this phone. i use my e63 for music almost all day long and it will last 3 days before it drains. if i dont use it much, like 1hour music a day, and some call and text, it will last for a week.
Next, the battery is not loose, there is no creaking sound. the battery is in tact with the case. This is one review i read over the net about its cover and battery... it says that, "because it is made out of plastic, there is a worry that the plastic will wear out making the back cover loose which will make the battery creaky." well, that i dont believe, the plastic is hard, the padlock is also hard so it wont wear easily. (Though we have to find that out in years, since this phone is new release).
Last, the light in the keys are dark. cmon, thats totally untrue. the light is so proper for the eyes.
