gowda, 04 Dec 2011e 63 very very good phone but mp4 not soppurted When I record videos with the phone, automatically they are saved as mp4 video file and I can play them too. My phone plays 3gp and mp4 but doesn't play 33gp. I don't know why yours doesn't play mp4.
