I bought the Nokia E7 phone about a month today. sleek phone and all but I noticed it always trips off and comes back on. Pls does anyone else have a similar experience? and what can be done?

one good thing about the nokia E7 i like with the ANNA update is the fact that it downloads emails faster than before and it even gets my mail faster than my blackberry. I LOVE NOKIA. We want more(BELLE)

hii friends.i have the only perfect experience about nokia e7 specifications.i ll make u easier to understand by discussing the advantages and dis advantage of this phone:-
ADVANTAGES:
1-good display and scratch resistant
2-HD video recording
3-wonderful internal memory(13.3 GB)
4-good WAP connectivity.
5-easy shortcuts and nice qwerty slider along with virtual keyboard display on screen
DISADVANTAGES:
1-camera quality(8MP) is like 1.3 MP
2-no face detection and no auto focus
3-flash is good but no effect in perfect taken photos in day or night
4-sound quality is only good in earphone but not in speaker
5-slippy model care must be taker to hold properly
6-average battery backup
7-complecated for sending msgs fast
8-no card slot........
9-SYMBIAN ANNA OP IS VERY SLOW
10-WLAN CONNECTIVITY IS IMPOSSIBLE ....

It has to be the worst phone I have ever had. Returned to carphone warehouse after 4 days, Ovi software and apps currupted the phone, they said it could not be repaired and gave me a new one. Had the new one for 3 days and i could not answer a phone call when it rang, the touch screen would not work.
The Geek squad spent 3 hours fixing online and then said it would now be fine. Next day it corrupted again. The phone and technology are useless. i have been advised that nokia cant handle smart phone tecnology and to switc to a HTC phone, the only one that has a slide out querty is the desire Z which i am now getting
