When watchin video's i have a problem that the screen dims after about 30 seconds of watching something, which is a problem when in sunlight as it makes the screen impossible to see, i guess it may be a power saving issue but cant seem to fix it

i purchased this phone in the month of march this year.till july its work absolutely fine. inthe month of august when i tried to download certain itemes from ovi store phone says system error. so i tried hard reset but after nothing happened the same system error was there and to my utter surprise all the video songs stopped playing. thirdly when i tried camera button the screen became black nothing was shown on that. than i contacted nokia care but they have no solution. ultimately i have to send my phone to ncc and they furher send it to delhi and given me 15 days time.lets see what would happen whether nokia would be able to repair it or give me a new handset.iam still very fond of nokia .thanks

I bought nokia E7 before a month ago. it is very slow. and it gets hanged often during a day. now it is completely switched off automatically. When i am trying to get it switched on, vibrator indicating but phone is not getting swithced on. what can i do ? there thousands of contacts and messages are important in the device so what can i do it without loosing the data ?

Also install some third party apps to check ram status on your phone.

adarsh, 20 Aug 2011hangs. at least thrice a day. slow too.Backup your phone and hard reset or reformat. Then Update your phone to the latest software version Anna.
If it still hangs a few times per day then maybe you got yourself a defective unit.

Symbian Anna update now can be downloaded on OVI and wow doen it make a difference

Nothing to worry too much cause most camera phones perform poorly in low light conditions.

Updated my e7 and it's become great so far. Those who cannot update goto Nokiabetalabs and download Nokia software updater for Windows. Plug into your e7 to the USB of computer and then download and install and whaoo enjoy.

just download symdian anna firmware latest from navifirm 1.3 and flash your phone using pheonix 2011
note :find detailed instructions about navifirm & pheonix on google
%%%don't forget to backup your phone memory(contacts,messages etc)
