Can someone tell me why Nokia did not include the FM Transmitter and the Memory Card Slot on the E7? I did not buy the N8 coz it doesn't have a physical qwerty keyboard. More reason why I should stick to my N97 of two years coz it has all these necessities.

Android phones puts all thier monies in making 1 GHz processor plus big amount of RAM. Now to keep thier phones at buying price, they use Plastic to wrap everything up. Plus the amount of heat this in-efficient OS generates, I think seeing the build quailty of E7 would be a distant dream in Adroid.
Iphone is just left as a symbol phone and nothing else. It just works as a laptop. Only 3 Hrs of battery back up :). It just does everything but in always a demand of power. Thier user support is dismal and just are overhyped and overpriced devices.
So Nokia is still the best. I am sure future updates to the Symbiam ^3 would bring back the oild good days for Symbiam"
You shold take Htc Desire Hd for example, and take it for a spin.Then we talk.Do not say anything abaout a device unless you alredy try it.

hi manish and others for your information N8 and E7 have same processor that is 680 mhz.have N8 and it has more options than E7 like xenon flash, HD video recording, card slot and it reads usb flash drive drictly u can copy past and play.i m using for last 8 months.

Nokia E7 is a dream device. I've really waited for this type of design for years. Apart from it Business Capabilities, it makes a great multimedia device too. The viewing angle is just perfect for watching videos.
I've been using it since last week. Sym^3 OS is really a improved one. However few updates needed for the browser to work perfectly. Battery back is also good. Being a heavy user, it last up to 2 to 2.5 days. However it just better than any other device as of now.
I've been using iphone 3gs, but I would really say, this is much much better.
Cheers to Nokia for bringing up this kind of a design and device.

Bring on the positive reviews of the E7! It's the perfect Symbian device. It's the best there is, the best there was, and the best there will ever be! Take my word for it. You won't regret buying this device. XD

I could not install or use any voip applications on my e7. Fring wouldn't do calls, Nimbuzz could'nt start. Using internet "destinations"(auto wifi-gprs-3g roaming) was also unreliable.
Turns out I got a defective E7... exchanged my phone but now I got a better e7 working for me.
Best thing about this phone is the clear $"screen and keyboard. Wish flash was better supported. Nokia browser is junk but Opera mobile and Opera Mini rescues the e7, but no flash on Opera mobile.
Be careful while putting too many apps in the application folder... slows it down, don't be too lazy to create subfolders in your applications folder.

guys such a feedabck from all of you but now i wana buy E7 but a friend of mine suggets to go for Sony ericson ARC.....as it has HD .....what would u suggest if some one has used sony phones...Thanks

I have used the E7 for the last two weeks and i can say that it is the best phone i have used migrating from apple 3g. The touch screen ease of use is better than I phone. Thanks Nokia for the phone
