The experience since last 3 yrs was gr8. But as with most people, the charging port suddenly conked off and have not been able to charge or retrive the huge data stored in it. Any help / advice on retriving data from a dead E7 ????

This is just a great phone after Nokia belle update.
Its a shame that Nokia doesn't make more symbian phones.

I bought my Nokia E7 first time they appeared in the market.
it has been fantastic but suddenly it stopped to charge. when I took it to a Nokia shop they say they need to replace the microprocessor for $250. this is crazy. I think the phone is weak and does not last.
I had been disappointed by Nokia Phones twice and now I move to other brands.

after purchase it will not works properly. i also give it for repair to nokia service center but it will completely destroyed by nokia service center

seyademuyiwa, 07 Aug 2013My E7 went off i cant swicth it on and i have charged it fo... moreIf your E7 is not turning on, just press the main button in same time with the turn on button for some seconds and it will come on. I've been using my E7 since 2011 May and it is usefull still untill now, very good smart phone, after 3 years it can be compared with all off those new smart phones on the marquet now, can read flash disks on it and so many other things that many smart phones can not do today...; I likeeeeee it..........

Complaints are inevitable no matter how sophisticated a device could, some considers problems from developed from their bad handling of phones as factory errors. I would categorically state the Nokia E7 is kooool.

It is good set if you have not orignal charger then use iphone charger to increase bettry time almost all handsets have no time on inter net more than 4 hours its depend on load

I bought a Nokia E7 because of the looks. The phone worked great, until I had to replace the charger the whole time because it kept messing around. The phone freezes now and then as well. The phone is so soft for a Nokia make. The 16Gb might be big, but not enough, so not being able to take a memory card makes it not a very good phone. The only reason why I still have it is because of the flash and Web Browsing. 6.5/10.
