I am the user of nokia E7. when I operating the phone suddenly its become shutdown without showing any message about low battery after having battery level partly....i need your help.....

When freezing just turn off or restart the phone, it will do. Upgrade your OS to Belle refresh to make your phone smoother.

After that open the camera, if don't work, close camera, and open the camera again, try that until the camera work

Ron, 21 Feb 2013my e7 was doing the some thing not charging...now it only c... morei had the same problem..the reason why is cuz... while u r charging the e7... do not use the phone for texting... cuz ur hand keeps on touching the charging slot and makes it loose.... I had to repair it by sendind back to Nokia... Now when my phone is on charging i do not do text messaging..

Den, 09 Feb 2013I'm a Nokia person and on E7 I had the option of a nice qwe... morejust have in mind these are phones not bulldozers to break everything with them I also have E7 for about 2 years dropped only twice everything working perfectly
only the camera was disappointing due to lack of auto-focus but when I found out you can take documents perfectly at about 60cm it became a lot better

I'm a Nokia person and on E7 I had the option of a nice qwerty keyboard and multiple functions.6months on, I can't charge the phone, it freezes and misbehaves, I'm disappointed and betrayed, and I'm stuck on the contract , may have to change to samsung on my next upgrade.
