Absolutely awful. The touchscreen freezes constantly to the point where the phone is almost unusable and then takes off on its own performing all kinds of unwanted actions. I'm on the point of throwing it away!

In the age of touchscreen smartphones. It is one of the lowest scpeficatons in today's market. But, undoubtedly the push buttons QWERTY key pad it has is unmtached. The touch screens of todays phones does not stand anywhere before Nokia E7.
I would like to advise Nokia to redo this phone specifications.
OR
it can have the same specifications as of Nokia Lumia 920 with New OS (windows 8) and have mechincal QWERTY kep pad as it already has.
Should have touch screen like Lumia 920. Also the display size should also be increase to the same size as of Lumia 920.

The best feature of this phone is qwerty keyboard. Bad processor, bad camera, average software and battery. I have to say also the I am happy from Nokia service

i just got this phone dec. 3, 2012. there are some posts on the nokia forum about this phone having a bad usb charging port and nokia denying service. here are the links i saw:
