The best feature of this phone is qwerty keyboard. Bad processor, bad camera, average software and battery. I have to say also the I am happy from Nokia service

i just got this phone dec. 3, 2012. there are some posts on the nokia forum about this phone having a bad usb charging port and nokia denying service. here are the links i saw:

I really loved my cellphone when I first got it, but then I started realizing that the colours of the camera are basically awful :/ I tried every setting of the camera but nothing worked...then my friend who also has Nokia E7 said that she's suffering from the same problem, any solutions please?
