Can anybody please tell me whether Nokia E7 can be upgraded to Belle FP1 OS and other upcoming updates from symbian 3? Yeah, I understand about all that processor stuff and all.. But, still a hope that can it be upgraded??

Not impressed at all.
I am on my second phone in 8 months. First one completely went balnk, the second freezes and it hasn't done anything since. Can't even switch off.
Done with Nokia E7!!!!!

ivan, 23 Apr 2012i have nokia e7 and i am tottally dissapointed with this de... morestrange. i have this E7 for more than a year, and it never crashed on me, not a single time. Not once.
Maybe you're installing cracked/pirated software on your phone, or maybe you have a defective unit. The E7 is awesome, too bad yours doesn't work. It's the best phone nokia has ever built (i had the N97 before this, and it sucked)

e7 with belle has made me falling in love again with Nokia. Had been abandoing nokia for 3 years, and falling into ios and RIM. But now, e7 with belle is a class meets intelligence that bears again a classical love i used to have. At least thats what im feeling.( Note : i dont get paid by nokia for posting this. Dont worry. Hehehe)

..., 25 Apr 2012hi guys, quick question, if you connect nokia e7 via hdmi w... moreyes it will buddy ....as long as the power is available in the cord and the slot is more than 2.0 ,it will definitely charge the phone. as the hdmi cable is bigger than 2.0 slot ,so it shud definitely charge your phone.:)

Lv both n8 ... morethe only advantage of n8 is it's camera, it is wonderful. e7 cam in photo mode is not very good, but you can capture quite good pictures in day light but its video recording is superb. and you will be realy happy with its high quality movies. screen quality of e7 is far far better than n8 and you can compare it with galaxy s1. but e7 is heavier and larger than e7 but you can use both of them easily in portrait orientation with one hand. 16 gig internal memory of e7 is quite enough and if you need more you can use it's usb on the go to connect flash memory and card readers with any capacity. if picture quality is not a number one priority for you, i suggest e7, because of its greate qwerty key borad, slide screen which is very use ful in watching movies and surfing the web. display quality is way better than n8. from oprating system and cpu point of view, they are identical, but e7 has 128 meg more ram

A really well-designed and pretty smooth running phone, the camera doesn't work too well for close-up, but it is more than excellent in taking pictures of landscapes or people. Even though it sometimes can freeze, it can run Angry Birds smoothly with 20+ apps running in the background (tested by me)
Not a whole lot in the Ovi Store, but still, I give it a strong 8/10

mervin, 19 Apr 2012no you cant downgrade after an update to belle.it is superb than any other nokia hand sets.
i am using it as a laptop. since i upgraded to belle, i stopped sitting infront of desktop, really awsome e7 fro riaz

I use my E7 about 6 month. After upgrade to nokia belle and hacked with norton hack my E7 nokia belle awesome..but I have one problem..usb connector not supported..unplug the usb(display at my screen hp). Now i use blackberry bold 9780 n mylovely E7..keh..keh
