jazi, 07 Jan 2012my fon hanged!! how to restart??Hold the home key and power button down simultaneously (for roughly 10-12 Seconds) until it powers off, it should then allow you to just switch the handset back on using the power button. Hope that helps! peace.

yeah, happened to me too. Blow the pocket lint out of the mine USB port, it will be back to normal

As my experience, it is best phone but batttery backup is very poor.. I also got charging problem as well as usb port problem..

before i bought this fon, i read one opinion said that this fon battery last shorter even not using it. just 10 hours. i really like the fon, even just looking at the picture but that comment keep disturbing me. one fine day i went out to search for my fon. i bumped into this fon at the very first shop i went. i am struggling myself, to buy or not to buy.lastly i bought it. and to my shock,the comment isn't true at all..
1) due to work,i always back and forth from one place to my domicile which takes 6 hours in one journey.i played the music non stop during the full journey, the battery still left 4 bars out of 7 bars.
2) last 2 day i went to my mom's home, i forgot to bring the charger, but i am so lazy to get it at my home (only 20 minutes journey actually), and i just dont do it. during 2 days at my mom's home, i searched web,listened to music, snap hundred pictures with my nieces and nephews, non-stop call with my love, and today the battery still have 2 bars..superb! i just love this fon so much.really!try it.

axc, 27 Dec 2011I use my wifi 24/7. I carry my wireless rooter with me ever... moreyes i dont see any problem with the wifi.i can even enter private page such as banks' page which requires security and much slower even in laptop. what problem do u have actually?

biscuit, 02 Jan 20126 months since purchased, need to restart every day.
it ge... moreu better bring your fon to nokia centre. u got the warranty right?unless u bought it hand over hand, or china fon.
sometimes the production having problem which they missed to see. it is normal, human being. if they can find that the problem is really from their behalf, they will replace with new one, without any condition. just go find any nokia centre.

anyway, when can nokia e7 upgrade to symbian belle?
i dont quite like the other comments who prefer buying fon with already symbian belle..such a childish comments. what's the use of having wifi,just upgrade,no more to say.
if u buy fon with already belle embedded into the fon, but if the fon itself not functioning well, it's useless.
dont talk smart, but think smart too.

ive been using this fon for almost 2 months.never facing any problem..the touch screen is superb. with a very2 gentle touch u can run your fingers on the fon screen. the screen is bigger than any other fon.very user friendly one.
internet browser just too good and i like the navigation. but please contact your service provider before using any internet function because it might cost u a lot.
the camera was too good. very sharp images,editing function are just like in computer. dont have to transfer the picture to com to edit. just do it by using the fon.
i like the breathing light this fon have. it just like my fon is alive and i can see it breathing.lol.
my friends call this this fon mini mini mini laptop. it has function almost like laptop have.despite the cam is 8mp, this fon offers more satisfaction than N8.
what else i should say..really like this fon. this is not my first smart fon, ive been using many2 smartfon but i never find one like this..really like this fon.

For me This has been and is the best Business phone money can buy. Top hardware, User friendly features which help in Business related activities , occasional entertainment during those long flights and waits at the airports and no crowded app stores. which is how a business phone should be!!.
