I just bought the E71 I love it too much but I still cant use some of the features, somebody help me
1st with the WLAN networks..my phone will say no available WLAN networks! how do I get them???

hey guyzz if u wants to use ur volume keys for scrolling in web browser oor for any application ....install magickey...
This application is reallly very goodu can also use ur key which is middle in volume keys as a play/pause....button..
I m giving a link for how to use magickey and where to download....go for this appl. It is very nice.

Thanks for the link. I've checked it out and I'm happy to read through a lot of information about the E71. I'm definitely upgrading to 16GB, but I'll make sure to get class 4 rather than the class 2 8GB i'm using now. Also, I've decided to upgrade my firmware to v500, although I've only seen reviews for v410. Apparently, picture quality IS enhanced! There is less grain and sharper detail that comes with the new firmware.
Finally, I'm gonna get myself the all black steel casing and some new themes to give my 2 year old E71 a brand new feel, plus a new black leather carrying case similar to the one it first came with. Everything should cost me around US$80-100, but I'm sure it'll be worth it.
To all E71 users out there, I recommend this blog site if you haven't checked it out already...

Hey man,
Here's a few things you can try...
1) I don't use any 3rd party app for video calling. I just use the phone's built in or native video calling facility. Go to contacts > Select your contact > Call > Video Call. You must contact your network provider first to send you the Internet Settings on your phone. Make sure you can see the 3G logo on your phone before attempting video calls.
2) You can try Webcam 3. It works as a webcam on your phone, not sure if it would work on your PC.
3) Yup, i've used the front facing camera, however there is no option for you to choose it. It just automatically turns on when you are on a video call or when using the above mentioned Webcam 3.

Hmmm, not sure what else you can use it for. Have you tried all the networking apps from Ovi? The IM / chat app is particularly useful for me. Whenever I'm in a Wifi hotspot I just use that instead of sending SMS to save on some load. Haha
Recently, I've been playing around with the GPS and installed the free Drive and Walk Navigation from Ovi Maps. I must say, it's pretty cool. I've been planning to drive up to Baguio but never really memorized the route going there, but now I'm pretty confident I can there.
There's lots of useful apps that you can download for the E71, maybe these will give you an idea of how else you can use it for. Here are some of my favorites:

My e71 doesn show the name... :/ when a contact calls.. if i enter the contact in +92.... format , then in inbox name shows but .. if the contact calls, it doesnt show up... any ideas?
