i owned this phone,,,,,,,i foun s/w is not so inteligent in this phone also(as we know nokia is having problem to not have smart s/w ),,,,,,,,,,
before i was using an average sony phone its s/w is better than e71.
some problem in this phone are:::::::::
1.we can't swith off flash light and camera sound..
2.mark and unmark option is not so cinvinient..
3.call log book u can't see phone no...
etc.....
if any nokia person is reading this please improve all this in nokia s/w .....
but video and all are very good in e71......

I have e71 its good and very userfriendly, i use net very often in e71 it works very nice

I have e71.....it is a good phone...but its camera and video celerity is poor...and dont provide multimedia functions...if u is music lover...then buy 5500,,5800,,

i am puschese a new e71 mobile but sound is best but body is not proper. mobile looking first time is good i am impre. but uses n not good body ................ ?

It is one of the best PDA available.
No one can deliver so much in such small size
for so convenient price.

I have been teaching in Korea for 2 years I came form the USA right around the time the E71 came out. I have read so much about it, watched so many videos and read so many reviews but I had never held one besides a PLASTIC model...until I visited Beijing last week. it seems everyone uses nokia and I have seen many people with the e71 in hand. i went to a phone store to check it out....INCREDIBLE build quality...the best feeling phone I had ever laid my hands on. With all that I have seen, even in 2010 the E71 is still my 1st choice and it's 2 years old which is ancient in cellphone years.

It all depends on what you want from a phone. If it is music or pics/videos then NO. it is not for you. While if you want the internet, tracking, messaging and video calling etc then it is for you.

When i open a powerpoint file on my Nokia E71, i can only see the first slide and the rest i can see is just index... Can anyone help me on it please

Hi ALL,
I am here for the E71 lover.I own my E71 from March,2010.Since then i am in love with this phone.It's like carry every thing in your hand.Just like MICRO OFFICE.I can do much things with this phone.The things I am doing with this are as follows:
1.Email sending and receiving with NOKIA MESSAGING.Because nokia messaging is not inbuilt one has to download new version when avaliable.Should overcome by nokia for this model.It must inbuilt.
2.Can record incoming and outgoing calls.
3.View & Edit documents with inbuilt office suite.
4.Scan any visiting card to take the data.
5.Can do video calling with fring.This feature is superb.I like the video out put of the front camera.
6.Using wi-fi everyday.
7.Sound quality is excellent.
8.Video recording is excellent.
9.chatting experience is very good.As i do regularly.
10.U can use this phone as USB to connect to your dvd player to play movies,songs,your shooting with the help of usb provided.This saves time bcz u need not copy the shooting & images to other external storage.
Lots and lots more feature as u try to explore this phone.
I hope this inspire everyone to get E71 to top rank selling phone.
