E52 hardware is much better than E71. But since it is a new product, the firmware is still buggy.
If you can wait for a few weeks a new firmware is expected to be available very soon.
E52 will be a great choice. But if you want a qwerty keys for messaging and a much better built quality than E71 is yours

Please make sure you bought your phone from reliable sources. The factory does mass production and some of the sets tend to have certain problems.
When the nokia distributors receive the handsets they are obviously tested and passed. But when the final user buys it and in few days if any problem occurs these sets go to service centre. Some fussy buyers dont want to wait or want a complete new handsets.
Than, these sets which are to be repaired in service centre are opened and fixed. These service centres are not as capable as factory clinics.
They cannot avoid the dust which ultimately make their way to handset screen. These sets are sold at cheaper price to shops and finally to end buyers who dont want to buy from showroom as price being higher.
Or even sometime showroom themselves sell these sets as dont want to loose on profits.

Friends, I own both E63 and E71. Except for looks E63 will beat E71 anyday.
Apart from these 2 phones I own N82, N73 music, N70 music, Nokia 6120, Nokia 6303, Nokia 3120, Samsung i8510, Samsung i780, Samsung i550,Samsung C6625, Samsung D900i, Sony Ericsson X1, Sony Ericsson K810i, Sony Ericsson P1i, Sony Ericsson W960, Sony Ericsson K770i and HTC Touch.
So you imposters who come with a mere statement that E71 is great or You dont have it or You dont know, I openly challenge you prove me wrong.
Dont be a kid, show us how much knowledge you have about phones when you comment on anything about others.

I will prove again that E71 is a limited capability device-
1) Camera - bad
2) Music - bad
3) Speed - bad
4) Ergonomics of Keypad - average
5) Call Quality - average
6) No 3,5mm jack
7) Multimedia - poor
8) Connectivity (web) - great
This device is for those who want to carry a great looking phone ( ONLY GOOD LOOKING ) but above that all average or poor. Only connectivity is great but this quality you will get even on $ 150 symbian phone like Nokia 6120 which uses HSDPA (3,5G) or $ 120 phone like Sony Ericsson G502 which also has 3,5G capability.

I proved myself with examples,demonstrations and explainations that E71 is just a ordinary phone with limited capabilities but great built and craftsmanship.
If you dare to prove me wrong, come on and give your explaination why E71 is great. You dont have to opt to fradulent practices to make people feel E71 is great. You guys are misguiding people and what will you get.
I open a challenge to all of you who engage in fraudulent ways to prove E71 is best. Just by saying silver is gold only fools will agree that silver is gold.

Dear Friends,
The fradulent post made under my name that say I have posted fake reviews is itself a proof how hurt these guys are and how desperately they want people to feel E71 is best.
Freinds do not trust these imposters and believe me I own about 19 handphones today. The best of the best and the worst of the worst.
E71 is not a great device. It is a fashion icon and more than that it has nothing which other symbian phones have.
Try it yourself in a nokia showroom and the proof will be in your hand.

hi everyone just need to ask this is there a way to remove without formating my memory card. the says- untrusted software is installed blah blah blah!! when i turn on my e71. just because i downloaded it with untrusted themes and apps coz if not then this is the only issue or bug for this phone... can someone answer this?
