firstly, forget the n97. unstable firmware. hangs alot. dats wat someone told me.
as for bb or e71, both have their own characteristics for usage.
though both r qwerty, i personally prefer nokia as its more user friendly than bb.
i've used them both n have sttled for the e71.

hi frens,
i've used both e63 n now e71. just wanna share wit u all for your downloads;
1. applications - go to mobile9.com (you name it, they have it!!) pls note: get the symbian 3rd edition softs not the e71 softs.
2. themes - zedge.com
but beware, themes may create bit of a prob for the e71 as mine did, hangs once a day.. now i stay away from themes.
have upgraded the firmware n the camera seems to give better pics.

my personal experience is that this phone is too good it is a bhen di lund phn..it is greatest chutnike phn..n i used it for 5 days n then returned it to my chamar dealer as i got bored...mehga roaye ek bar..e71 lene walee ki ma chudee bar bar ..n enjoy rajat haryanvi!!

Ben, 20 Aug 2009help if i delete emails,the phone dosent seem 2 delete it?????Do not use the email client given by the firmware in messaging. Instead, install the client downloaded from www.email.nokia.com. It has an icon like @. You can have ten accts, all working simultaneously. Just like being on a PC.

E71 users....my wife has a n 79 with 5mp camera....but if we take the same pic (day time) my photos are better....... Maby It is screen recelotions but it beats the carl zeits optics,by far E71 RULE,EVEN WITH THE 3.2 MP CAM....REMEMBER PEOPLE PICS AT NIGHT WONT BE GOOD WITH A LED FLASH,THANX 4 THE ADVICE ON THE E MAIL.......

You download SW compatible with your phone model and not with your OS. Get themes that are compatible with E71 and not Symbian. Go to www.getjar.co or www.dotsis.com

Sly, 22 Aug 2009Using wifi can you download free?you are only using your WiFi to connect to a wireless network near you for an example a hotspot or wireless router in your house, then you are using their bandwidth and not your own. You are basically connecting to their internet as using it, but wireless!

I sort listed few models for my uses: e71, n79, 5130.
My uses is mostly good music, no touch screen, good speaker (as i will be using music on speaker mostly) with good memory capacity.
Pls, suggest. You can also suggest any other model as well, may be of any other company as well.

Ben, 20 Aug 2009help if i delete emails,the phone dosent seem 2 delete it?????regarding the emails deleting on the phone. When you download of delete them off the server then they will go from your phone. It took me a while to figure this out. GREAT phone! camera not so good, but hey, thats ok!
