Thou shalt not regret your acquiring E71. NZ or any place it will work as long as you have GPRS activated on your phone. Or as long as you have access to some WiFi connection. I was in the US with my E61i. No GPRS, No roaming connection. But I was never out of the net. I used my sons WiFi from home and wherever I went I used to search for WLAN. And sure enough I found someones unprotected WiFi. And I was thru again. using Fring, I was talking to my aquantances free throughout my stay there. And if E61i could do this why not E71. It is a much better phone.
          All the best.

              Amazing phone overall.

              Pros:
              Best battery life around!
              Great build quality!
              Decent signal reception.
qwerty keyboard, nice and comfy once u get used o it.
Great for email, easy to setup, supports encryption, opens office documents etc... good for business
plenty of extras come with the phone.
great AGPS (I use it with google maps)
              OK Nokia browser

              Cons:
Lost signal? no quick way around it, still old symbian problem. Restart or switch to manual network selection, is the only way to get signal back.
Camera is barely ok during day light. Night shots with flash and video... I would avoid.
No Opera Mobile for it. Just Opera Mini which is no better than the nokia browser.
Cannot be charged through USB (u need the very expensive adapter USB to nokia mini connector).
Startup time... get a coffee or smtg meanwhile.

              Wrapup.
Are you looking for a great looking very thin phone with great battery life and packed with features? (who isn't right?)
              Look no further.
Had it for 9 months now, used extensively, love it, best phone I ever owned.

But by the time the song finishes the caller may take it as an unreplied call and hang up. And if you plan to reply sooner than why have a full song as your ring tone. Instead edit it to a smaller length.
It is a beautiful phone. I am jealous of you as I had to dish out a huge sum for the phone.
