Whenever I want to use the ... moreThis usally happens whenever u have unclosed applications running on the background of the fone,sometimes when you open your camera & don't use it for some time.So wat i normally whenever it happens I hardboot the fone remove battery and sim for bout 10 minutes than the applications will automatically close & than camera will start working

I can't use any of the cameras. Whenever I want to use the camera, this message pops up 'camera in use by another application'.
What must I do?

this phone can actually support 32GB MicroSD card rather than the max 8GB on spec sheet, I've tried it myself, and it's working pretty well with my 2000-ish music library.

nice mobile but cam clarity is not gud when compared with samsung nd my question is my display is not working when i am at out side what i have to do.

hi this is sekhar , m y opinion is to using the nokia E71 is very suitable for all kind of using like gps navigator, internet , its easy to programmed in this handset but its come to market is @12000.

"SETTINGS - APPLICATIONS - App Manager - Software installation - change it to (All)". Then you can install any theme comfertable with e71

AnonD-67877, 22 Aug 2012I am writing this after using the phone for 3 years as my m... moreMy comment is for Heathenasparagus, this piece of marvel of engineering came out in June of 2008 and not 2007.One of the best if not the best smartphone in that era.I love Nokia phones,because very durable,reliable,user friendly,high resale value.Unlike phones today.trashy.No wonder Nokia is #1 leading cell phone manufacturer in the world.

Its a great phone...Have been using it for over last 2 years. Only thing I complain of-late is the speaker quality and battery.

hey, guyz e71 is a gud phone,,,,,bt i cant locate my wi-fi searched every conner of d phone.....those it have anytin 2 do wit da e71x,,,,,,,or is there a difference?

I am writing this after using the phone for 3 years as my main device (2008-2011), and recently used it for a few days when my HTC Desire Z failed me.
This device is a marvel of engineering for its time (2007).
Even today using it for Facebook and Gmail its great.
Sure, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the Galaxy S3 or HTC One X, but you can get it dirt cheap nowadays.
Its built sturdy, can survive the apocalypse.
It communicates quickly and easily.
Fring for chatting, Skype for VOIP.
It syncs (MFE) easily with my gmail and calendar.
It even has a few nice games to kill time with:
Tetris Revolution, Tower Bloxx 3d, Pacman, Snakes, TwinSpin, Bubble Bobble, Pang, Worms World Party.
It does wired tethering successfully with a windows 7 pc.
It plays music via stereo bluetooth headset.
What it doesn't do well:
Web Browsing (Nokia browser and Opera work, choppy)
Online Video (Youtube works, choppy)
Camera (works, but looks bad)
The need for the additional 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter is annoying, and the need for a special program for torch mode is also silly.
But besides that, its still a solid phone today, especially since you can get it used for ~30usd on ebay.

tried in every shop in bangalore but I didn't get anywhr....hmmm...thn Bought in second hand for 3000rs, amazing phone, .gr8 battery backup, easy to use, lots of shortcuts, pretty fast internet, lot of builtin appz.. But it doesn't have 3.5mm jack... Buttons are not as good as e63....

solution for this
u r installing ur applications in phone memory so first of all move or clear application from phone memory.
