its much better 2 bu... morethe screen size is smaller in E63 / No GPS is E 63/ Cam pixel is lesser is E 63 / It more thick than E 71
body is made up of plastic in E 63 - hope this helps

PLz help me. I have Nokia E71 but its mute key between the side volume keys, is not working . Is this default or some problem ?

Bought a grey steel unit yesterday, I was surprised at how very slim and sleek the design was. Nice stainless steel battery cover. Array of connectivity options e.g. infrared, a-gps, bluetooth, wireless lan, usb. Barcode reader is very nice as it can instantly scan and read special bar codes for e.g. (http://www.symbianthemes.us/free,nokia/10319,arrows/ZWU3MTA5NDM.download) just point at it and will instantly capture it and you have the option of saving whatever it is you just scanned. Sharp colours and many applications out there e.g google maps. Keypad needs getting used to, not recommended for fat fingers. Screen could be bigger but would make the entire thing feel bigger than it should. I had a little problem removing the sim card. Had a few random crashes/freezes which was unpleasant, hopefully won't happen again and camera is not too bad. Overall excellent phone and good value.

Firmware update too 200.21.118 dated 27th nov 08 is a farce No signigficent change seen, only psylogical.
New sale gimmick but Nokia rules, even E63 & new colours Blk white for E71.
Price still high performance average.
All eyes on Nokia myth N97 lets hope for more updates to keep it selling

I just got the e71 and connected via the '3' ntwk. Problem is that the phone keeps losing network connection. Especially worse when I go out. Put the SIM back into my old phone and it works fine. '3' thought it might be a faulty handset, so replaced it and I've got the same problem. Have tried factory resets, switching on/off but it remains very tempermental. Any suggestions????

Does the blackberry GPS really work in Indonesia?

I have been using this phone for over 2 weeks now and i must say this is by far the best phone i have bought. Nokia never lets you down. On an average use the phone goes on for atleast 3-4 days on one charge. I also own the HTC Tytn2 (great feature packed phone but a sad battery life). For all those who are looking to buy this business phone - can be carefree - you wont be dissapointed.

the nokia e71 fone is really cool but i had a problem with my memory card and i had to get anoda 1.it takes a little while now for my music player to open up.what do i do?does this gappen to any1 else?

i've e71 the american version....
and i want to use it in egypt and its not catching 3G coverage it is always 2G
and ideas how can i fix that ??
