This phone is the best E series phone ever. GPS and design made this phone a winner. It is sleak and beautiful. You won't feel like its gonna break because the craftsmanship is excellent.
Believe me this is a worth it phone to buy specially if your more into applications and PDA feature as well as functionality. Its even slimmer than an iphone.

Perhaps to little and odd to hold near your Ear, at least fit the palm grip but lack that size.
Thinness and small size is its biggest disdvant should be at least 20% bigger. Screen be bigger, the smaller the screen looks sharp images Nokia encashed it. FP1 is now two fold back from Fp3.
the first look is apppealing but thats not the only craze to buy.

I am using a Nokia E51 for the last couple of months. Now Nokia E71 has got some awesome features. Nokia Eseries are really great for professionals. I am gonna buy one Nokia E71 next.

jacqueline zaman, 12 Dec 2008this fone is not good design , it very hefty Dear Jacqueline,
I don't agree that it is heavy phone, I like the weight. So you see that things like this are very personal. By the way, it has about the same weight as e.g. a Samsung Omnia.
Cheers, Jason.

This is simply the best smartphone I ever had. The specs are great, the keyboard and form factor are greate, but most of all the performance is fantastic.
Everything is instantaneous. I can switch from program to program and from one screen to another without delays.
And the battery really lasts a lot. I gave up using an iPhone 3G because everything was so slow, and I frequently found myself desperate to charge my phone by the end of the day.

Prindorz, 11 Dec 2008Hi Jason, are u saying that the 5800 is a windows mobile ph... moreHi Prindorz,
No I was referring to the Samsung, that runs on windows mobile. Nokia has it's own system called Symbian, which by the way also is used by other manufacturers.
I hope to get my Nokia E71 next week.
Best regards, Jason.
