I have decided after all I wont be getting E71. Ur rite as much as I like this cell it just doesn't suit my needs. I just found out that the set I almost bought is made in built in china.

if you know about GPS could you guide me a bit more.

I would like to know is the N82 N95 GPS is similar to the navigator.

Is there anything in the N82 which is not there in the N95?

Is Wifi required when Navigating?

If GPS was not a priority to me I would probably get N82 or N95.

1more question how does E66 compare to N82 and N95 yes I remember I told you I wont be getting E66 but just got a second thought.

      radwan, 31 Jul 2008in saudi arabia our e71 is made in korea ... so anyone kno... moreplease note that any manufacturers of any phones distributes the manufacturing processes to other countries in order to decrease the burden of supplying the product throughout the world.imagine if finland alone had to make all the nokia phones that are sold throughout the globe.there just wouldnt be enough man power and or tools to do that.fake phones are not determined by where they are made.mostly,for the asia and asia pacific regions,taiwan and china are among the countries responsible for carrying out the task of manufacturing nokia phones.

          Hi all,

          Anyone knows if the battery heats up quickly in a continuous call? I used to have a 6500 slide and it heated up like a hot pad within 10 min.

            On my E71 easy dialing feature is not working...As per the review and manual if the phone number/name is typed on the screen the list of availabe names for the alphabhet should appear on the screen"

            This function is not working on my phone.is there any setting to be done. Could any one answer this?

                      wich I agree with and It's probelly the best smartphone out today and the price are unbelible good for what u get ,lethercase , voice navigation to the A-GPS , 2GB MicroSD card and dont forget the superb device of the E71.
                      Enjoy the best out there for only around 350€ without tax.

                        e71 is a good phone, just one observation. i'm a heavy user of mobile internet. after surfing the net, i 'clear all privacy data' and check my phone memory. I notice that the 'memory in use' slowly increases, each time i go online- like a memory leak. This happens, even after i reboot my phone. Does anyone have a similar experience with their e71?

                            i am usin a E90 and i am planin 2 give it away and get an E71,cn any1 pls tel me is worth buyin de E71 cuz i saw many negative comments abt E71 so i am kinda confused,cn sum1 pls suggest me??

                              Tom mickey, 30 Jul 2008 the new navigator is better than the E71 when it comes to... moreafter reading ur post a few times..i think that the phone that'll suit u is either the N82 or the N95 8GB..u dont like the looks of the navi6210,so dont buy a phone which u think is ugly..ur not buying the phone for business purposes,so dont buy the E71,cause ull have a bunch of business apps which u wont be using and lack the multimedia features that u like..so its best if u buy either the N95 8GB or the N82,both are all rounder phones that can perform everything..

                                Tom mickey, 30 Jul 2008 the new navigator is better than the E71 when it comes to... moreactually,the GPS unit used in N95,N82 and E71 are the same.its just that now it has been enhanced from the previous version of the N95-1 in order to support A-GPS (assisted gps) which utilizes the cellular network to obtain faster fix of the satellites.how ever,if u r looking for a phone with the best GPS functionality,then the Navigator 6210 would be the way to go.personally,i wouldnt buy a N95 8GB(no offence) because,for me,its a little over priced due to the lack of camera shutter,memory card expansion,rather poor built quality considering the hefty price and most of all,xenon flash.i travel alot,so getting the best 'camera' phone is my priority.

                                    Yes no doubt battery is Poor E90 battery is So Goof after Nokia E90 i like the battery timing of Nokia E51 but i not happy with the battery of E71 thats very very Poor and i m totally disopionted because of its battery Timing Thats very bad thing

                                      3.2 Megapixel Camera
                                      GPS
                                      nokia runs youtube , htc-s620 doesnt
                                      Faster Processor
                                      Support 8gb card
                                      in nokia you have option to send group sms

                                      rest I believe is same.
