go to settings, then application, then application manager for software installation change to ALL.
this may help.

After you back up everything enter this code *#7370#. This will format your phone restoring it to the state it was when it left the factory. After formatting you WILL LOSE all your data, contacts, text messages and any other personal info you have on your phone.
DON'T FORGET TO BACKUP FIRST!!!

Hie, i've a problem with my E71. When ever i try to download a symbian application or game i keep geting a message saying application currupted & i doesn't install. Even the application on the ovi store are failing to install. the phone is also failing to remove any symbian application using the application manager. I don't know what to do. Please help!!!!! Anyone.

Hi I have a problem with Nokia E71. While downloading the songs from Music websites, I am storing it in Memory card/Phone memory. When I refresh the MusicPlayer, The songs were getting added to the musicPlayer which were downloaded.
if I tried to download and store the songs next time,the old songs are getting deleted automatically from my device.My Phone's Music Player is not storing the songs more than 125 songs even though I have enough memory on Phone and Memorycard.
I am using opera 10 version browser.
My Mobile's software version is:
500.21.009
Please suggest me to get rid of this problem.
