Hi,
I bought an e72 two weeks a... moremake sure u recharge when the battery low
nvr leave it completely empty b4 u recharge
its should last more than 1 day with heavy mode
and 3 days for lite use
like most other user

i have tis phone for 2months.but tis is not that much
of worth which i bought.so the guys who all decided 2 buy pls go for
samsung smart phone.those are awesome mobiles.

With heavy business use, internet, email, calls and text the battery lasts for at least 3 days. I've used a lot of different phones over the years and E72 is the champion, a true business phone without eye candy but with hardcore everday essentials. Make sure that you upgrade your frimware regulary. If you are looking for toy instead of a tool, then this is not the device to buy.

If you are a heavy user, let's say you always use your phone for browsing, music and videos, I think it can last about 3 or 4 days.
Unlike my other nokia 5530, it only takes 1.5 days for the battery to drain. I only use it for texting.
E72 battery is the best. No doubt about it!

I just heard that the e71 is a better multitasker than the e72... :-(
i gues the e72 is not an upgrade to the e71.

Need some advise plz...
Hi,
I bought an e72 two weeks ago and I find that my battery is running down with minimal usage(only texts and calls)I only charged it 4 times so far and unplugged as soon as the battery charge was complete.It runs down within a day of just texts and calls.
I'm even doing all the manual said to prolong battery life.
This cell was supposed to have a long standby time so I'm not sure why this is happening.
Can anyone advise me?
I need some help on this.

serwaah88, 20 Jul 2011pls folks,i cant download anything through my phone's in-bu... moreIm nt pretty suree if it worx or not but u hav alternative browsers/apps to download things for u.
1. Copy the opera setup file(.sis or .sisx file) from ur pc to the memory card.
2. U cn use the ovi store to download thingz.
3. U cn use the ovi suite to get apps to and off ur fon.
See if that worx and let me know.

AnonD-14319, 19 Jul 2011 i have a different prblm , after updating ti frmware v71,... morego to control panel>modes>homescreen applications and uncheck the 1 dat says 'message notification'.
Dat might work. Let me know.

when i was updating my firmware to v71, the connction lost error message poppd up aftr sumtime. So i went to the device manager to download it OTA. The error mssge stil showed up. So i woke up in the middle of the night, diverted my phone (to avoid the interruption of the EDGE internet i was using) and started downloading the 17MB file with the device manager. I had to wake up in d middle of the night cuz there's waaay less internet traffic which means you cn download the file faster!(less than 5mins, i was done wid 17MB file using EDGE internet) :-)
Now, i am a proud owner of the E72 with v071.004 firmware B-).
