The phone works fine and has a pretty good feel to it. But one thing I did not like about it ans that is, the optical navi key, while scrolling down has a tendency to get slightly stuck under the 4-way D-Pad and u can actually feel and hear the click sound when u press the down button on the 4-way D-pad. This is disappointing.
Otherwise, the overall fit and finish is good and works fine.

its been now 1 yr with e72 n its been the best ph i ever had. very comfortable n hv all d features from entertainment to microsoft office. i usually prepare my ppts n excels on d ph itself. hats off to nokia for superb product.

Seems like your sim message memory's full from the looks of it. Use your memory card as storage for your messages.. And try to delete non-important messages once in awhile. Your phone would free up, and would perform tasks a bit faster. =)
