vikas, 10 Jan 2011sim card registration is fail some time my nokia E72 phone ... moreVikas, when your phone shows Sim card registration failed...what you need to do is have your phone on and remove back cover and take the battery out whilst phone on...what this does is resets the sim card....try it as I've had this problem before and that's what the network suggests. If this problem doesn't solve this then change your sim card as this is faulty. Hope this helps. Nothing to do with roaming as suggested by the other user!

hye, i just bought an e72 and i need help as my wallpaper keeps changing when ever i hold the phone and i can't make video calls. can anyone help please?

This is coz of of network selection .Even i faced the same problem not only with e72 but with other Nokia model also . As a temporary solution you can select your network manually while roaming .
No need switch to manual network selection while in Home network .
I ll update you if i get the permanent solution to this .

Remember-
It is now illegal not to have camera
shutter sounds on mobile phone
cameras in some countries, and this
will be the case with more and more
countries. This law does not apply to
digital cameras. It is in response to mobile phone cameras being used to
captured illicit photographs of
children etc. This is why Nokia has
removed the ability for the user to
disable this sound in all the latest
models. If you google the subject you will find ways of removing it but most
if not all will result in the invalidation
of your phones warranty.

the fact that this still is costly, although it seems it has good specs and good metal design, the thing that seems to be risky, is a lot of people already said that this mobile lags, and restarts a lot..

How can I “STOP” THE CAMERA “SHUTTER SOUND" ? when I click the camera to take a photo.
Is there is any patch in E72 software or anyway to Stop this unwanted sound for me ?
Pls, advise.

Very nice, excellent battery, very stable, but fails to dust gets behind the screen (third I have) and lacks the trackpad more precision, memory and should be 256 or 512 MB

Only internal memory can be used to download apps.
Also most do not support java.

Dex, 06 Jan 2011how do i connect? coz it says there CONNECTION ERRO.. i don... morehi. Sorry for late reply. U need to get the GPRS settings from ur service provider. Just call there cutomer care and ask them. When u recieve those settings, save it and make it as ur default settings.
