It doesn't support HTML direct display.
You need to re-download the HTML part manually, even though you select download full message.

Hi,
All of my frineds upgraded to 052 firmware, but mine is 051 and always says my phone is already have the updated software... I am not able to updrade to 052. any sigesstions how can I upgrade to 052.

i have used this phone from past 4 monts,ITS KEYPAD IS VERY VERY WOREST,because that is very sensitive,and the keypads are not available in market(nokia cares) also
SO DONT BUY IT

Nokia E72 is hot but it was gona be more extraordinary if the chatin option on facebook, gmail were part of the features.
