dhonna, ur set has this problem becoz when u bought it u didnt charge it for 6 hours with power off... it's necesary to do so

I have the newest edition (Software version date: 31-March-2010) and 2me it is the best phone on the market.I had an Samsung galaxy and the Nokia E72 is more use full 2 me.It is bit slow on some apps but overall it was the best choice

This is an awesome phone.....the specifications u get at this price is way better than blackberry....processor speed,camera, resolution is just too good...screen size shouls have been a bit more but overall ita a magnificieny buy....u can just close ur eyes and go for it....

overall a good business phone for its price, compare it with blackberry 9700 , but following are the flaws
1.small screen.(while browsing no pleasure).
2.hangs up frequently.
3.5 mp camera doesn't really works as stated in specifications. poor video quality.
