I've been using it for some months now. It lags on rare occasions, but overall its a pretty good phone. Every phone I've used had its problems here and there but this phone stands out. When equipped with good applications, this phone can become one of the best you'll ever get.

ram, 11 May 2010i hav two options,nokia e72 and htc nexus one, which is better..?The better than E72 and HTC is the giant Samsung OmniaPro B7330!! fast, big LCD, windows mobile 6.5.. it has everything..

i bought a golden one 2 months back. To be frank iam really happy about this phone. I do agree there are some flaws. Still i found d phone to be really reliable and highly useful. I you are looking for a business multimedia phone with qwerty keyboard i will recommend e72.some of the best things i found are above average camera, battery backup, speed,music quality,sleek and good design and good looks, 8gb memory, very useful applications, good keypad, call quality..
the problems are :software update need to be released, vibration is little low, no camera cover

Nokia E72 is only good on push email beside that you can't talk while surf the internet. And also sometimes its crash.

I bought this phone 5 days back and it is really impressive on all point!
However i have noticed that in SMS the senders name do not appears despite the fact names are updated in the Contacts. Is that normal? Can somebody share tips with me? Gianni

My left earphone is not working(i bought a new Nokia headset) although i have had a hard reset. It works perfectly in another E72.

well i think nokia E72 is much better than other phones. it is belt with wi-fi and 5 megapixel cam., To all the businessmen out there, I recomend Nokia e72

i bought this a few weeks back. Had a E71 before. The E72 has too many software glitches. For some reason, the time zones are all +1:00 ahead of usual. The phone is generally slower than before. The touch sensor is absolutely useless and annoying so I keep it off. I even updated the phone software and none of these glitches have been resolved! Also every time i turn the phone on, it asks for email setup. Another problem is that it does not accept any email logins or passowrds so u cant access ur email unless u use the browser. Basically the E71 was better and more reliable.

For the Indian sub continent there is no extra content in the box. Yes we do not deserve a leather lanyard, a leather carrying case and a branded cleaning cloth. Atleast thats what Nokia feels.

I wonder if GSMarena is intentionally blocking positive user opinions about E72. I gave a detailed description to sort out issues being faced by the users but it was not approved by the administrators or they forgot to release it in the user opinion section.
I can only find negative reviews here and its really unfair with E72 and its potential buyers. Its a great phone and I do not think u need to think twice if u can afford it. My Metal Grey E72 is the best colour available. Find it if u can.

i am haveing a problem with getting international text msgs on my E71 is there a way to figer out ,i tried changeing sim card and reset the phone but no luck so what is the other option ,and is there a way that i can get arabic software for typing
