i've had nokia e72 and SE w995 before and i can say both handsets are targeting different market.
Go with e72 if you want:
-physical qwerty keypad
-symbian, good 5mp camera w/ autofocus
-to view & edit office documents
-fast response, handy flashlight
-long battery life, wifi, nice browser
-3.5m audio jack, not so nice music player
-serious-looking phone (looking "smart")
Go with W995 if you want:
-physical numerical keypad
-slider, classy, sophisticated-looking phone (the black version)
-unparalleled music experience w/ 3.5m audio jack
-wifi with satisfactory browser
-8mp camera can't compare with other 8mp camphone but still VERY ACCEPTABLE (it is still a walkman phone, not a cybershot one)
-fast response, handy flashlight
-good video capture
-good speaker and its location is not at the back which is good
-can get you 2-3days of normal use with little music

I don't understand why everyone is complaining whether the made in china E72 is better than the one in finland. Who cares? Seriously you can't escape almost anything thats made in china these days.
So whats the fuss?

As far as email capabilities go you wont need to go for E 72.
But if you want better camera/GPS etc then its ok, but be warned that your emailing experience will be DOWNGRADED.

Khairul, 03 Apr 2010i'm not sure why its happen to you like that..but for my ph... morePush mail works fine, but the HTML doesnt get downloaded automatically.
In E61i and E 63, when you select download full message the HTML is ready to be read when you get the message. Interestingly even Nokia Messaging Service with E63, downloads the HTML part automatically when you have selected download full message.
But in E 72 you have to retrieve it when you open the message, even if you have selected "download full message"

... morei'm not sure why its happen to you like that..but for my phone i dont have problems with that push email..whenever i feel like checking the emails...just wait until the email received..i also can continue viewing the emails using the html..i dont know if others are having difficulties setting up their E72..but mine was so far okay..and to some extent i said it again good..my previous phone before e72 was e 51 which is outdated ..hehe
but you know what they said..use it until it is obselete than.. buy new one..that is what i did..
