After reading your post, found that it's started working again post switching the handset off and then on. Quite stupid of Nokia!!

I am using this phone since the last week of November and sick and tired of it.
The following are the problems and even sending it to "Nokia Care" hasnt solved them.
1)I am using Nokia Messaging Service for synchronizing
I have selected to "Hide mails older than two weeks" and Email download size "Full message".
However it shows mails only upto 4 days old. Also it only downloads headers and not attachments. I have to retrieve the attachments manually.
2) Pull mail stops pulling mail after three days.
3) My battery last only till 6 pm each day inspite of charging the handset overnight. My talk time per day is around one hour, web surfing around 30-45 mins, and use of nokia messaging service. I do not use it for any music.
Even though the phone is on charge for over 5-6 hours, it still shows that its charging. It never shows as fully charged
4) If I open messages and Email both the phone HANGS.
6) Contacts take time to "buffer"
7) The direct search for contacts from home screen, works sometimes only. Most of the time, I need to press the contacts button to search for contacts.
8) The space bar key stops working some times. And it starts working after I switch the handset off and then on. This happens at least once every two days.

This is an excellent device in terms of performance and looks. Have a classic look and also the built is good. Topaz brown color looks amazing. Emaol, Internet works fine and all those who are having negative comments on this phone seems have not even seen or used this phone.Excellent one from NOKIA..

nokia should improve the build quality. the phone's body parts are way to misaligned. this is my 2nd piece of E72. i got my previous one replaced because of the same problem. but after a weeks careful use, it has started to fell of.
the phone also freezes often. why it takes so much time to deploy firmware updates across all editions? cant update :(

u r just 15,go and buy it one day u become business woman than this phone will work for u when u do business transactions , emailing just if u dont want to use it just simple send it to my address when you grown up i will return back to u :) so ur problem is solved keep writng me about my idea on arzoo2004@yahoo.com :P lol

I just bought my E72 it a good phone but I have a problem with the audio jack, when I insert my earphones or use a speaker it stop singing and goes off. I dont know what is wring with this phone.

E63 is a better and more STABLE option.
Social networking, Email as well as Nokia Messegaing all work fine on it.

I would prefer nokia e52 than e72. E52 is a workhorse device.

wenever i try to download sumthing for my E72, it shows some warning... "" this content is not protected and can harm your phone"" dis types.. nd den i further always cancel the download..
shud i download , ignoring the warning??
i dnt want to corrupt my phone's software...
wat say frnds??
