Be ready to shell out 1k for BIS plus phone bill per month.. Also do you really need the encryption and security of a BB? You should settle with E72! Purely my opinion.. So, ball's in your court..

i think better u choose the e72 coz i had use both of this hp, i think e72 is the best.. so, its up to you to choose.

I have been using my E72 since last 3 months. This phone is excellent. I have installed skype yesterday and the call quality on skype is really good. I rate this phone 10/10

just bought today in black color
very nice one
but i have a query that on the edges there is some gap btween metal lining and body.i like to know is it normal or a serious issue..ur comments are welcome...........

Dude get the e72... its far too improved that both e63 and e71 let alone the processing power... its faster too...

And about the hanging issue, why the heck is the *not-so-true* news about E72 spreading like wildfire! Certain phones MAY show tendencies of hanging (spacebar prob, etc), but it's a minor glitch! And upgrading the firmware has solved most of the minor glitches so far. And let me also stress on the fact (to Indian & Asian users) -- Made in China/Finland -- there's no difference; both are Nokia made! So buy a genuine NOKIA phone and forget the rest! Peace..

But E72 is the successor of E71 and hence has the upper edge. Feature and looks wise both (though some people may argue E71 is better looking! 5800, well is a *good* feature rich touchphone! And for 13k INR approx., it's a steal! E series and Xpressmusic -- comparison ain't fair here! Both are designed for different purpose and different set of people. My bet would be - E72, hands down!

I am in delhi (Dwarka) too...n want to buy from a reliable shop. I just don't want it to hang...!

also I'm ambivalent about Nokia 5800...! i prefer QWERTY anytime though n was wondering if the Nokia E71 or E72 keys are too small or anything. please suggest/ give your opinions. Also does E71/E72 hang oe not ?

need help, 18 Mar 2010just bought the e72 yesterday. the screen pops up "sel... moreI had the same problem. You need to really check all your phone settings.
i.e. email settings, phone update, connectivity settings to you home network or WAP, your applications that you have downloaded.
I would like to iterate this is not a bug but config issue. I had to play around with my solidly for week to figure out some the settings.
This phone is powerful but is not for a novice user.
