hi all,
i was thinking to buy this handset... dont you think that its SAR value is too high comparing with other handset??
SAR VALUE: 1.310 W/Kg
what do you think all??

Been to Nokia Priority Centre just now.. For those experiencing software problems, certain regions' devices are installed with older versions of firmware, which prompted to malfunction of certain applications.. It's fairly common, though not a good sign.. Perhaps Nokia rushed the production/marketing of e72.. Yet all these problems could be fixed by constantly updating latest firmware..
A better suggestion would be to self-restrain from love at first sight.. It's always better to avoid first batches of latest models.. perhaps a 6 to 12 month wait would avoid unnecessary hassle, especially those non-techno geek..
I would almost certainly believe that a limited edition will be out by this Fall.. With an improved & more stable version.. Stay tune~

ola, 23 Jan 2010thanks rajesh! well... those aplication are on the memory ... moreYes, Its better to take your handset to Nokia. They may flash it with new firmware of same one. Thats the only way to try to fix frequent freezing or restarting problem.

this phone's so good that i bought two, the topaz brown as an open line unit and the black as carrier-subsidized unit. maybe those experiencing problems are not using the phone correctly? peace!

well... those aplication are on the memory phone, but what have you do with your phone which started restarting and getting freezed??? did you go to service?

Thks a lot Nike, i've fixed it!
Now i've got a newproblem, i've added 2 mailbox's to my Nokia Messaging Account, just for testing purposes and now i can't delete them, i go to options and then remove them, and it stays forever doing it and nothing happens!
I can't add new mailboxes, because nothing happens and can't remove them, it's so stupid, i think i need to format my phone, does anyone have a different solution or the same problem?

well why we do not use this place to share tricks and users experience in E72
for me I want to configure chat with yahoo ....???

the nokia e72 is the best and my brother got it last month but there are no problems!!!!!!!and who wnts 2 buy they can because it is an awesome fone ever saw!!!!!and its camera has a good speciality!!!!!

Friends, I have an experience to share. I bought my 1st E72 at the time of launch in November 09, I used it for a week but never had stability so sold it in 1 week. I bought my 2nd around mid December and it worked well for 3 days and started restarting and getting freezed after that. The built was bad too. Both these handsets were Made in china. I bought my 3rd E72 this week and find it much better built and faster performance. This is Made in Finland. Now I will not say MADE IN FINLAND IS GOOD AND MADE IN CHINA IS BAD. But what I understand that in China Nokia is producing HUGE AND REALLY HUGE quantities for shipment to all over the world. Some times the QUALITY CONTROL department is not able to cope up with the flow of number of handsets to them. So its basically that maybe 5 to 10% of SO CALLED HUGE QUANTITY suffers. 90% of people who gets E72 MADE IN CHINA are happy but about 10% by luck gets their hands on BAD STUFF. MADE IN FINLAND production quantity is not that big, so the ratio of faulty produced E72 is much lower compared to MADE IN CHINA.

If yes, than my friend you will have to format your memory card or replace it.

OK I've been using this phone for a month....and trust me whatever the problems that these guys are telling that is must be raising due to rough use of phone....anyway it's a business phone so sophisticated and smart use is advisable..phone is simply amazing...haven't seen phone like E72 yet..I've used iPhone and blackberry bold....but this is 1 step more good than all that....

the word messages in the screen is fade. you can only see 'messa" i ask nokia svc. center if there is a problem in the l.c.d.. they said no problem with the lcd.

it means that your sim messages is full. Just go to yr messaging, under option select sim messages and delete all msgs.
