I got the 6710 and its PERFECT but i just need one with QWERTY now :(

is e72 better or nokia n900 ? which iss better regarding the camera and the perfomance can someone tell mee

2nd issue ,, is which one made in finland ,, or all of them r now made in china ? does it differ ?

Within one month of release price tumbled by 100$, still those Chinese fittings, and light leaks with no update, back batt cover thinnest ever, even touch pad peels off I heard from a customer at shop.
Wait for E73 nxt qtr 2010.

Ajay, 23 Dec 2009hey Adrian, am confused b/w getting an E-71 or E-72...can u... morehi both are great phones , i got my e 72 and its gooooood , wont say more than this .If u have never used a e 71 than go for it .E 71 too is a good phone , the adv of e 72 over it would be a better batterry , great camera and 600 mhz processor but believe me e 71 gves u more than u require , a classic phone and its cheaper than e 72

Very good phone.
Compatible with all AT&T US features, Navigation, Push-to-talk, tethering.
I can use the camera to scan text to image, instantly load business cards into my contact list, scan book text to file text. Vidio camera works well, connection to a local Wi-Fi is always a click away.
Full office suite loaded on arrival. Froze maybe once in 9 days, no data loss, reboots in seconds.
Loaded app for PDF creation and reading for about $20.
E-mail set up a breeze for any imap or pop supported ISP.
Call recording software for $5.
Only con, the mouse sensitivity while browsing. Sometimes with small links you have to play with it.
Vidio playback on youtube and realplayer (both default installations) play well.
Can take 1.5 hours of vidio with camera.
Tethering is a breeze, no DVD, software in on flash on device as you cnnect it to your us on your computer.

for those who has this phone = can your directly print in your nokia e72? the one that you made?? like you make a project in your nokia e72 (microsoft word) can you print that out?

Amit, 23 Dec 2009I m from Kolkata, India.
I had bought E72 15 days back (so... more1. my e72 WLAN connection is fine, i even use it as a WLAN hot spot. I never have that "System Error" notification.
2. i have 6 email account configured on my "GPRS only" connection
3. i mostly type calendar entry on my e72, and syncronize with my netbook and my n82, and they never messed up
As long as i know, there is no firmware update available yet for e72, so what kind of software are you updating??
its the best phone i ever had !

you need to press the "view in html" button manually, i hope nokia will fix this in next fw update
email experience is great, if u use fb, email delivered much faster then desktop facebook notification
i use gmail for my fb notification

I m from Kolkata, India.
I had bought E72 15 days back (soon after launch) and it has no. of problems, such as (i) WLAN could not be connected, it shows System Error, (ii) No mails can be configured as it keep on searching for Available Access Points, (iii) calendar entries get messed up etc.. etc.
I have updated phone software thru nokia support site which is of no help. My two visits to nokia care is also in vain.
This is the worst ever phone I had !

If you say it is made in china and you dont have any problem then it might already be a 2nd batch. Surely there are hundreds of thousands of eager buyers waiting to hit on E72 but as the price is dropping very fast we are looking at very good buying options around End February. But please keep us posted about what makes your E72 a very good mobile and what did you find in this mobile that you did not find it in any other mobile. All the eager buyers are here to hunt down the positives and negetives of E72 to make it easy for them to decide. Thank you for your efforts.
