see if it solves your problems password is 12345 by default

you need to YouTube Nokia Phoenix for tutorials so you don't brick your phone it's straight forward Google the latest firmware for Nokia E72 & download

that's RM 530 091.004 which is the last one your product code is on the back of the phone underneath the battery I'm using RM 530 091.004 Euro version firmware since the download servers have been shut down by Microsoft therefore you can't use the SW update built in the phone under control panel. the product code that you download needs to be identical or similar region because your keypad will type differently if you type so avoid the Arabic one I suggest you go for the euro or American version check the product code list

I've successfully flashed both the E71 & E72 to the last firmwares

i have both the E72 and E71 download the latest firmware and flash use phoenix software will solve your problem this are relics to cherish

See the flashing tutorials make sure to get the right product code which is on the back of the phones underneath the battery before flashing and *#0000# for firmware info

my poor symbian mobile, my love e72 is going to an end, bluetooth, fm radio are malfunction, wlan wizard has system error result, and also any default app which require password is ... i'm crying, my love is dying, i'm using it since 2013 !
