I checked for n900 and n97 they have push email feature.. isnt that the reason the email users run after BB devices? Can you give me difference for a BB device versus Nokia E or N Series. I am gonna use my official emails on fone...

Nokia E72 will be releasing in India on 07.12.2009 @ price of INR 19,999/-. And on the same day Nokia E73 will be announced a touch screen business phone with 3.5" touch screen, 8 MP camera, HD Video Recording, blah, blah,......which will be actually available on 05.04.2010...@ Price of INR 24,999/-. So the question is will you buy E72 or wait for touch screen E-series Phone?

Anonymous, 11 Sep 2009oh Dear God...please give me that phone...i'm very1000x lov... moreYes, I do droll to buy E72 for my next phone... JUST BECAUSE it has QWERTY and 600MHz ram & highest memory in E series...

But...to tell the truth I was expecting more from the E-series.

I really hate that most E-series have no large internal memory storage (let alone that E-90, it need to be refreshed with new model). I do believe that nokia need to give us:
          * AT LEAST 1GB or 2GB internal memory on E52/E55 model
          * AT LEAST 4GB or 8GB internal memory on E72/E75
          * AT LEAST 16GB or 32GB and the next E91

I couldn't believe that nokia still gave us only a couple hundreds MB for internal storage on these E series. I, for one, wouldn't like to store my email on the memory card, since I would like to hot swap it. If I took the memory card out, nokia phone will change the storage to internal phone memory. Thus, making the email on the phone and the memory card (make user confuse).

But if I put my email on the phone memory, the memory will depleting so quickly. Thus, making the phone face the out of memory FAST!!!!

          So, nokia...

Anonymous, 11 Sep 2009Just an information, I googglling the BB connect for S60... moreRIM is coming out with an app. for BBconnect for S60 because a lot of Nokia customers were complaining about the lack of BBconnect on the E71. So hopefully it will come out soon after when the E72 releases. But it won't have BBM. That's a BB exclusive.

Anonymous, 11 Sep 2009Hi, I forget where I read it. It was a long time ago. Wh... moreIt had nothing to do with what RIM won't provide to Nokia. Nokia thinks they could come out with a better email client than BB's push email and didn't want to pay RIM for the BBconnect services anymore. But Nokia is failing big time. I truly hope they fix the issues with Nokia messenging because it's pissing off a lot of Nokia users and they are forced to use the native email client. I love Nokia and will always have a Nokia, but I think they got cocky when they thought they could do better than BB in terms of push email.

I don't know if they gonna make S60 software for BB connect, or any other kind of support because it doesn't say much. it just said that RIM decide to support nokia device.

Nokiafan, 10 Sep 2009Where are you getting this information? In the S60 forums,... moreHi,

I forget where I read it. It was a long time ago. What I remember is that RIM decide not to give nokia the full implementation of BB connect. Therefore, nokia decide to drop the support for BB.

I don't know if that's involve money. Maybe RIM ask nokia to pay if nokia want full support.

Anyway, it's RIM lost. Nokia is wayyyy biggerrrr than RIM.

In the S60 forums, it was clear that Nokia did not want to pay RIM anymore for BBconnect. Nokia being #1 in the World feels they can do better than BBconnect so they decided to ditch it. Not a lot of Nokia fans were happy with this move by Nokia. So let's hope Nokia gets their act together and get Nokia messening working properly. There's a lot of issues with it right now.

actually it's not because nokia refuse to pay rim for bb connect. If you notice threr were lots of bb wannabee that around US$100.

it's about... Bb wouldn't allow nokia to duplicate it's bb ability 100%. Bb nokia can't make some ability of their software. Therefore, nokia as the leading handphone manufacture decide to do a u turn.
