This is amazing. I had my E71 last October 2008. It's really good and so handy. Can't wait for this new E72.

Needs larger screen to be a perfect phone.
However, I still like it very much and I think I will buy it once in the market.
Advantages over other non-Nokia business phones: Slim and high quality design, Long battery life, optical trackpad, powerful CPU, good camera, TV out, digital compass, excellent connectivity, document editor, light weight and FM radio.

Got the E71 November 2008. So far so good for a business type phone. The good thing about this was the battery remains the same. Nice thinking for nokia.
The E75 has some battery problems and a lot of people in Saudi Arabia are complaining - hardly can't wait to have this upgrade from E71 to E72

Having used the e71 for one year, I must say that the qwerty keyboard can be made slightly wider for a more comfortable thumbing experience.
Most guys will agree that sometimes we got to use our finger tip to punch the keys. While the whole typing experience is not too bad, there is room for improvement.
Being a qwerty key smart phone, I thought Nokia should put more attention to the qwerty keyboard and make it second to none.
Also, it would be good if the screen would to be made slightly larger say 2.6in. I think all of us will welcome this. Most of the users complain of the small screen side, so Nokia should listen to user feedback.
However, this improvement is not made on the e72.
Hopefully, the e73 if there is going to be one would be even better than any blackberry.

Anonymous, 21 Jun 2009well, some say Nokia likes to copy iphone so since the ipho... moreEven the E70 announced in 2005 october did not have a lens cover, in the present sci-fi world no one would copy from a monolithic block like the Iphone.
