may please help me on how to hard reset my e72 i have tried the shift, space, delete and power on keys but they are not changing the phone lock code to default 12345. I dont remember the password and it always code error when i enter 12345 please help am stranded. My phone imei is 352724042831999

i've been using this phone for almost 2 years now and im happy with the services that i am getting from my phone i can access the internet fast via wifi and i recieve instant messaging at the same time plus i can download all if my favorite songs and listen to it when ever im out of town or what not...for me this ohone is a package for me voice,internet and ohone in one what cab oyu ask for right?

Just a comment about the internal mp3 player. Sound quality is excellent : clear, not distorted, no hiss. I no more use my sandisk sansa mp3 player, the phone is at least as good. Output power is ok to drive my soundmagic pl50 , but I have to add a headphone amp to drive correctly my sen HD 525. The eq is useful and you can create as many settings as you like. But it starts sounding artificial with trebles all the way up. It doesn't read ogg unfortunately, but with a 16 Go card there's enough space for 320 kbs mp3s. I listen to a lot of classical, baroque and jazz, and my E72 has become my main music source. I don't know wether i'll find such a quality on my next phone ...

Pls how can i make this mobile play avi videos. From which website can i download a third party avi player app that can suitably work on this mobile. The ones i previously downloaded could not even locate the folder wherein i stored avi videos. Thank you.

I am unable to set up email account on this phone, it keep showing "preparing for setup" but does not give prompts for email setup. The phone can also not access the Nokia Ovi Store even though the internet settings are okay and i can browse other websites. Kindly assist.

whoa this is the best phone i ever had. No problem at all. Ecxellent camera. Streaming is so fast. nice theme effects. Good good good. I love this E72
