if you mean phone memory,
and if you have music or video or... on your phone memory you must move them to memory card.
and if no, you must uninstall your unnecessary applications. beware do not clean them if you dont know them. and clean your massages

HTC Cha Cha is nothing but a facebook phone.that's its only selling point. you get the E72, and you'll have all the answers to your needs. And besides, the e72 is cheaper now (around $250 here in my country). with all the best hardware and features, I won't give away my e72 for a cha cha. just saying dude.

I did format & because of this I am not able to download it now. But I will format (hard reset) again & try my luck to download.

u can do 1 thing format the phone and dwld again.

I was using Gmail app (downloaded from Google) on this phone (E72-2) but I recently hard reset this phone & now I am not able to download the Gmail app from Google. It says that this device is not compatible.
Do any one face this issue? Do any one know how I can download/install the Gmail app?
