there is a broken picture of images in the phone but it is placed on the microsd but when i tried to erase it with or without the memory card it said that general system error. i already tried to restore factory setting and nothing happens

task bar showing sign e for internet i how to set up 3.5g / i m using 3g plan however but still it is showing the same e n low speed like gprs only ??????????

if you mean phone memory,
and if you have music or video or... on your phone memory you must move them to memory card.
and if no, you must uninstall your unnecessary applications. beware do not clean them if you dont know them. and clean your massages

HTC Cha Cha is nothing but a facebook phone.that's its only selling point. you get the E72, and you'll have all the answers to your needs. And besides, the e72 is cheaper now (around $250 here in my country). with all the best hardware and features, I won't give away my e72 for a cha cha. just saying dude.
